**What is Loxia AI?**
 Loxia AI is a third-party conversational AI platform that
powers the voice agent and chat widget embedded in your WordPress site.

**What data is sent and when:**

 1. **Plugin Configuration** (`https://loxiaai.com/api/wordpress/connect`): When you
    save your plugin settings, your site URL and widget IDs are sent to Loxia AI to
    associate your store with your Loxia account.
 2. **Widget loading on the frontend** (`https://loxiaai.com/widget.js`): The Loxia
    AI JavaScript widget is loaded from loxiaai.com on every public page. Visitor messages
    are processed by Loxia AI servers.
 3. **WooCommerce context**: If WooCommerce is active and enabled, the current page
    type, product details (ID, name, SKU, price, stock), and cart contents (item count,
    total) are sent with each visitor message for contextual AI responses.

## Installation

 1. Upload the `loxia-ai-voice-assistant` directory to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory,
    or install directly via WordPress Plugins screen.
 2. Activate the plugin through the **Plugins** menu in WordPress.
 3. Go to **Loxia AI** in your WordPress admin menu.
 4. Paste your **Agent ID** (found in your [Loxia AI Dashboard](https://loxiaai.com/dashboard)).
 5. Save settings! Your voice assistant is live.

## FAQ

### Do I need a Loxia AI account?

Yes. You can sign up for a free trial at [loxiaai.com](https://loxiaai.com) to get
your Agent ID.

### Does this plugin work without WooCommerce?

Yes! If WooCommerce is not installed, the plugin operates in standard WordPress 
mode to answer general customer queries, booking requests, and lead qualification.

### Is it WPML and Polylang compatible?

Yes. The plugin automatically detects the active language of your visitor when using
WPML or Polylang.
