The problem was never the data. LolaCore for Statistics moves that work into a sentence inside wp-admin. You ask. Lola reads what WP Statistics already stores and tells you what it means. Same plugin. Same data. You stopped clicking and started asking. When something matters across domains, Lola can connect a traffic finding with what she remembers about your SEO, content, or commerce activity on the same site. Her memory lives inside your WordPress install. This is an addon. You install WP Statistics separately from WordPress.org. #### 18 base abilities (+4 when WP Statistics add-ons are active) **Read what WP Statistics records** * Site summary: visitors, views, online now, top pages, trend at a glance. * Traffic trend: daily visitors and views, with change against the previous period. * Geographic breakdown: countries, cities, regions. * Device breakdown: browsers, operating systems, device categories. * Traffic sources: referrers, search engines, social media, source categories. * Content performance: top pages and posts by views and visitors. * Page insights: one page or post in depth (bounce rate, entry/exit, referrers). * Category and author performance. **Surface what deserves attention** * Find declining pages: compare two date ranges and pull out pages whose views dropped enough to matter. * Detect traffic anomalies: sensitive-page bursts, single-visitor site sweeps, geographic concentration, daily spikes. Each finding ships with a type, a severity and a suggested next step. Not a raw log dump. * Investigate visitor pattern: take a sweep finding and follow it into a journey summary with device and geographic context. **Configure WP Statistics without opening its settings screens** * Read and update allowlisted tracking toggles (logged-in tracking, page tracking, bot filtering) with dry-run preview and confirmation. * Manage exclusions for IPs, URLs, countries, and user roles — the remediation step after anomaly detection. * Set privacy options (IP anonymization, hashing, DNT) with GDPR warnings on destructive changes. * Tracking health check: recording status, recent exclusion counts, top 404 URLs. * Privacy audit snapshot from WP Statistics compliance panel. **WP Statistics add-ons (registered only when active)** * Goals performance: conversion goal completions via the Marketing add-on. * Campaign performance: UTM campaign visitors and views via the Marketing add-on. * Link tracker: outbound link clicks via the DataPlus add-on. * Download tracker: file download events via the DataPlus add-on. **Cross-domain context** * Registered affinity with SEO, content and commerce domains. When a traffic drop or unusual pattern overlaps with something Lola has seen elsewhere on your site, she says so. * Built-in analyst skill (`lolacore-statistics-analyst`) so Lola routes each question to the right ability and interprets the result instead of dumping a table. Analytics reads are safe by default. Config writes use an allowlist, always preview with a dry-run first, and require your confirmation before anything changes in WP Statistics. #### Analyst companion, not a security product Lola reads patterns and explains what she sees. She does not block visitors, ban IPs or act as a firewall. When a pattern looks like reconnaissance or a compliance probe, she describes what is happening and suggests sensible next steps you can take in WP Statistics or your existing security tools. She never claims to have stopped a threat. #### Privacy Every read runs against the WP Statistics tables on your own server. Your analytics database is not sent to LolaCore. When WP Statistics anonymizes or hashes IP addresses, visitor investigation depth is limited accordingly, and Lola says so out loud instead of pretending to know more than the data allows. #### You stay in wp-admin You chat with Lola in the LolaCore panel inside WordPress admin. You describe what you want in plain language, she picks the right read ability, and you stay in wp- admin. Your AI provider is configured once in WordPress (Settings -> Connectors, WordPress 7.0+). Install and activate [LolaCore](https://wordpress.org/plugins/lolacore) and WP Statistics. 2. Upload the `lolacore-for-statistics` folder to `wp-content/plugins/`, or install the ZIP from Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin. 3. Activate LolaCore for Statistics from the Plugins screen. 4. Open the Lola chat in wp-admin. The Statistics domain appears in the panel, ready to use. No extra configuration. No API keys for this addon. ## FAQ ### Do I need LolaCore to use this? Yes. This addon adds the statistics domain to LolaCore. It does not run on its own. Install and activate LolaCore first. ### Do I need WP Statistics? Yes. WP Statistics is the tracking engine. This addon lets Lola read its data through the official WP Statistics PHP API. Install and activate WP Statistics separately from WordPress.org. ### Does this replace WP Statistics? No. WP Statistics keeps tracking exactly as it does today. This addon lets Lola query and explain what WP Statistics already records. You can still open the WP Statistics admin whenever you want. ### Can I see who is online right now? Yes. Ask for a site summary or how traffic is doing right now. The response includes an online now count from the WP Statistics API — the same live visitor total WP Statistics shows in Visitor Insights. There is no separate live-visitors ability. ### Is this a security tool? No. Lola is an analyst for traffic patterns. She does not block bots, ban IPs or replace a security plugin. When she spots a pattern worth acting on, she explains it and suggests next steps you can review and approve. ### Does this addon send my analytics data anywhere? No. Every read runs inside your WordPress install through the WP Statistics PHP API. When you chat with Lola, your messages go to the AI provider you configured in WordPress itself. This addon only connects WP Statistics to LolaCore’s ability system. ### What happens if I deactivate WP Statistics? The addon shows an admin notice and stops registering its abilities until WP Statistics is active again.
