The chat widget is a small script loaded from Lisra’s servers; store sync sends this site’s own catalog and orders to Lisra’s signed API, authenticated with keys only you hold. Conversations and synced data are stored in your own Lisra workspace. No data is sold or shared with third parties. ## Installation 1. **Create your Lisra Ai Agent account first** — sign up (or sign in) at https:// app.lisra.ai and complete the short setup. The workspace IS your agent; the plugin cannot work without it. 2. Install the plugin: search “Lisra.Ai” in Plugins Add New (or upload the ZIP), then **Activate**. 3. In Lisra, open **Agent “Install on your website”** and press **Enable the website widget** — copy the Widget key. 4. In WordPress, go to **Settings Lisra.Ai**, paste the Widget key, tick **Enable widget**, Save. The chat button — with its microphone — is now on every page. 5. _(WooCommerce only)_ In Lisra, open **Website Integrations WooCommerce** and press** Generate store keys** — copy the Connection key and the Signing secret (the secret is shown once). Paste both into **Settings Lisra.Ai Store sync**, tick the sync box, Save, then press **Sync all products now** once. ## FAQ ### Do I need a Lisra account? Yes — the plugin connects your site to your Lisra Ai Agent workspace, where the agent’s knowledge, conversations and settings live. Create one at https://app.lisra. ai. ### Does it work without WooCommerce? Yes. The chat widget works on any WordPress site. Store sync is the only part that needs WooCommerce, and its section explains that on the settings screen. ### Which languages does it support? Any language the visitor uses — typed or spoken. The agent detects the language automatically and replies in it. Your team can reply in their own language; the visitor sees it translated. ### How does the voice button work? The visitor taps the microphone, speaks, and the same agent answers in text and out loud. In browsers that cannot record, the button simply does not appear and chat works as usual. ### Will it slow my site down? No. The widget is one small script tag loaded asynchronously after your page — your content never waits for it. ### What happens when the AI cannot answer? It says so honestly and flags the conversation for a human. Your team answers from Lisra, and the visitor sees the reply in the same chat, in their language. ### Where is my data stored?
