## Description

Legarion automatically scans online stores for compliance with EU law (GDPR, the
Omnibus Directive, the Digital Services Act, WCAG accessibility, and more), and
provides cookieless traffic statistics.

This plugin does exactly one thing: it outputs, via `wp_enqueue_script()`, the same`
<script>` tag you would otherwise have to paste into your theme’s code by hand.
There is no separate dashboard and no additional API calls from the plugin itself—
everything else (scans, results, statistics) happens in your Legarion account.

No script is loaded until you enter your own verification URL under Settings Legarion.

#### What the loaded script does

 * Sends a one-time verification signal confirming that this is your site.
 * Sends anonymous, cookieless page-view and form-interaction signals (page path,
referring domain, form submit/error events), which power the Statistics tab in
   your Legarion dashboard.

See the “External services” section below for full details.

### External services

This plugin connects to the Legarion compliance-monitoring service (legarion.pl)
to enable automated legal/accessibility scanning of your store.

Once you configure the script URL under Settings Legarion, the plugin loads a JavaScript
file from your own Legarion account (`https://app.legarion.pl/verify/{your-store-
token}.js`) on every page of your site. This script:

 * Sends a one-time verification signal confirming ownership of the site.
 * Sends anonymous, cookieless page-view and form-interaction signals (page path,
referring domain, form submit/error events), used to power the Statistics tab
   in your Legarion dashboard.

No script is loaded, and no data is sent, until you explicitly enter your Legarion
verification URL in the plugin settings.

This service is provided by Legarion (DEKIRU Maciej Pokrywczyński).

## Installation

 1. Install and activate the plugin.
 2. Go to Settings Legarion.
 3. In your Legarion account, on your store’s overview page, copy the verification
script URL (the “Installation code” field — the URL itself, not the whole `<script
    >` tag).
 4. Paste it into the plugin’s settings field and save.

## FAQ

### Will this slow down my site?

The script loads asynchronously and does not block page rendering.

### Does the plugin collect personal data?

No. The statistics mechanism is cookieless and does not store a visitor identifier—
only aggregate daily counters. See Legarion’s privacy policy (linked below) for
details.

### What happens if I remove the plugin?

The script stops loading on your site. Nothing else changes — your Legarion account
and scan history remain intact.
