This focused plugin is for Philippine accounting firms, payroll providers, HR consultants, employers and salary-information publishers preparing for the year-end payment season. Department of Labor and Employment guidance says covered private-sector employers must pay 13th-month pay no later than December 24. The minimum is generally one- twelfth of total basic salary earned during the calendar year.
