## Description

KUMITATE Site Tools adds site building features to any block theme, one switch at
a time. Nothing is enabled for you: open Settings and turn on only what a site needs.

The plugin extends core blocks instead of replacing them. Table settings are stored
in the standard className, and the bundled patterns are built from core blocks only,
so a page keeps working as ordinary block content after the feature is switched
off or the plugin is deactivated.

Features, grouped by tab:

 * Table reading aids. Horizontal scrolling, a header row kept in view, a minimum
width for every column, first-column emphasis and cell merging for the core table
block, set from the block sidebar with no class names to type. Merged cells and
header cells are saved as standard table markup (colspan, rowspan, th), so they
stay when the plugin is off.
 * Pricing, services and contact patterns. Generic layouts for any trade, built
from core blocks. Replace the text, photos and links on the page.
 * Image slide block. Add, replace and reorder core image blocks inside a slide.
Autoplay is off by default, pauses on hover, focus and hidden tabs, and does
not run when the visitor asks for reduced motion.
 * Breadcrumbs block. A real page and category hierarchy, never an invented primary
category. Place it in the Site Editor, or let the KUMITATE theme position it
   for you.
 * Post sharing block for LINE, X and Facebook, shown on single posts, with an optional
Copy URL button that confirms the copy on screen and to screen readers and falls
back to a selected text box where copying is not available.
 * Table of contents block. Lists the page’s headings (H2, H2-H3 or H2-H4) with
anchors added when the page is shown, numbered or plain, hidden below a chosen
   number of headings.
 * Link card block. Pick a post, page, category or tag by title; the card shows
its image, title and summary, which can be replaced with your own, as a card,
a slim line or plain text. It outputs nothing for a draft, private, removed or
   password-protected post.
 * Related pages list block. Posts from the same category or tag, or the child or
sibling pages of a page, as cards, a list with small images or plain links, with
the number, order, columns for phones and computers, a heading, the summary and
   the date. Built when the page is shown, in the content or in a Site Editor template;
only published posts without a password are listed.
 * Automatic table of contents: added before the first heading of posts or other
chosen types, when the page is shown. Left out where a table of contents block
is placed or the page turns it off.
 * Automatic link cards: an address of a post or page of this site, pasted on its
own line or embedded, is shown as a link card. Addresses of other sites are left
   alone and never fetched.
 * Structured data as one connected graph: publisher, WebSite, WebPage, BreadcrumbList
and BlogPosting joined by @id. It works alongside SEO SIMPLE PACK and turns itself
off when another plugin outputs structured data, so pages never carry two copies.
 * Analytics and site verification: fields for a Google Analytics 4 measurement
ID, a Google Tag Manager container ID and the Search Console and Bing verification
codes. Only the IDs are entered and checked; the plugin writes the tags. Nothing
is output on admin screens, the login screen, feeds or the REST API.
 * Remove unneeded output: stop the emoji script, the WordPress version, the RSD,
shortlink, REST API, embed discovery and feed links, and pingbacks to your own
posts, one item at a time. Nothing is ticked by default.
 * Excerpt for pages: the excerpt box on pages, used in link cards, lists and the
   meta description.
 * Post list columns: featured image and search visibility columns in the post and
page lists, with quick and bulk editing of search visibility. The search column
is left out while another SEO plugin is in charge.
 * Search and sharing for sites without an SEO plugin: search titles and meta descriptions,
Open Graph and X card tags, and noindex with the WordPress sitemap following
it. Off by default, and they step aside for the major SEO plugins.
 * Accordion block. Items built on the browser’s own details and summary elements,
   so they open with a click, Enter or Space and can be read without JavaScript;
the script only adds an animation and stays still when the visitor asks for reduced
motion. Four styles, three CSS-drawn icon sets, titles as plain text or h2 to
h6, and items that start open.
 * FAQ block. Questions and answers marked Q and A, in four styles, with square,
rounded or round marks in the text color, the main color or a custom color, outlined
or filled. Optional FAQPage structured data: one script per page built from the
   blocks.
 * Description list block. Terms and descriptions saved as dl, dt and dd, stacked,
with a line on the left, side by side (term width 1 to 12em, stacked on phones)
   or as banded terms.
 * Tab block. Three styles, tab widths and sideways scrolling set separately for
computers and phones, a first-open tab, background color and four border sets.
Follows the WAI-ARIA tabs pattern with arrow, Home and End keys; without JavaScript
every panel is shown in turn with its title.
 * Step block. Numbered steps saved as an ordered list, in three styles, with the
first number, number shape or layout, a translatable label and the title element
set on the list, and per-step overrides. A timeline style joins dates or times
with a line, for a history, the flow of a day or an event programme, with an
icon, fill, emphasis or color for each point.
 * Caption box block. A framed box with a caption, in seven styles and three color
sets a theme can redefine with CSS custom properties. Kinds (information, hint,
caution, alert, good example, bad example, memo) set the icon, color and caption
at once, with colors made from the theme; an icon can also be added without a
   kind.
 * Speech balloon block. A face image, a name and the words in a balloon, speaking
or thinking, filled or outlined. Saved speakers copy their image, name and look
into a balloon, so editing a speaker never changes published posts.
 * Review block. A rating in half stars, points for and against, a summary, a price
and a link, with optional Review structured data for products, services, shops,
   apps, books and courses.
 * Banner link block. A card with a title and a short text over a background image,
all one link, with the text position, an overlay, a shape for computers and phones
and a hover effect that respects reduced motion.
 * Box menu block. Linked boxes in a grid, each with an icon or an image and a label,
with separate column counts for phones and computers.
 * Link list block. Links with an icon, lines between them and an optional arrow
   at the end.
 * Icon block. One large icon from the shared set, with a size, a color from the
theme palette, a background shape (none, circle or rounded square; light, filled
or outline), alignment, an optional link and a name for screen readers. Only
   the icon name is saved.
 * Icons: 34 line icons drawn for this plugin, no brand logos. Posts save only the
icon’s name, so icons can be added or replaced with the `siteframe_site_tools_icons`
   filter.
 * Responsive columns block. One to six columns each for phones, tablets and computers,
or a sideways scroll on phones that works with the keyboard. Converts to and
   from the core columns block.
 * Full-width section block. A background that reaches the screen edges on full-
width templates, with an optional image, a tint and slanted, waved, peaked, arched
or zigzag top and bottom edges. A separate background image and focal point can
be set for phones; visitors download only one of the two.
 * Display conditions block. Shows the blocks inside only to logged-in or logged-
out visitors, to chosen roles, within a period, on chosen kinds of page or for
chosen categories and tags. Not a way to protect paid content. Placed blocks
keep their conditions when the feature is off.
 * Show on phones or computers only: a block setting saved as an additional CSS
class. The hiding styles keep loading on pages that use it even when the feature
is switched off, so content never appears twice. The breakpoint follows the theme(
   782px) and can be filtered.
 * Space below blocks: a toolbar menu that sets a block’s bottom margin from the
theme’s spacing sizes, stored as the core margin setting, and a panel with the
space above and below for computers, tablets and phones. The computer size is
core’s own margin, so it stays without the plugin.
 * Text highlights: marker, font size, small note, no line break, folder and file
names, list lines and centred lines in table cells, a line break on phones only,
letter spacing (narrow, wide or very wide) and a button that clears formatting.
The formats stay registered when the feature is off, so saved text keeps its
   markup.
 * Format sets and editor settings: a KUMITATE > Editor settings screen for the
marker shape and colors, three named format sets that apply several formats in
one click, and up to ten custom formats whose classes you style in Additional
   CSS.
 * Block style collection: boxes, icon boxes, frames, border sets, list marks, section
headings, image and video frames, a double-line table and framed columns for
core blocks, colored by the theme. Only a class is saved, so styled blocks keep
their content when the feature is off, and the CSS loads only on pages that use
   a style.
 * Your own block styles: name a style, choose the blocks it is offered on and pick
its colors, border, corner radius, spacing, shadow and text size from a form,
with a live preview. It appears under Styles in those blocks and is saved as
the standard is-style-{name} class. Up to 20 styles.
 * Button styles and inline buttons: Raised, Rounded, Shadow, With arrow and Shine
styles, an icon, a hover effect (lift, lighter, darker, moving arrow) that respects
reduced motion and a width for phones, tablets and computers for the core button
block, and linked text shown as a small button inside a line.
 * Column options for phones: two columns on phones and the space between stacked
columns for the core columns block, saved as classes.
 * Editor helpers: a title length counter, a button that selects the parent list,
and a per-user choice of which KUMITATE text toolbar buttons appear.
 * Per-page display settings (off by default): a “Display” panel in the post and
page editor hides the title, featured image, date, categories, tags and author,
sharing links, breadcrumbs or the fixed contact bar on that page only. Lists
of posts and query loops are not affected. A hidden title stays available to
screen readers and search engines unless the text has its own level 1 heading.
 * Default featured image: an image shown for posts without a featured image in
query loop lists, link cards and related pages lists. Nothing is saved to the
posts, and it is never used for sharing images or structured data.
 * Fixed contact bar block. Booking, telephone and LINE buttons kept at the bottom
of the screen, on phones only or on every screen size, without JavaScript. Place
it in the footer to show it on every page.
 * Business info block. Name, address, telephone, opening hours, a map link and
a reservation button, described to search engines as a local business of the
chosen type with the same details.
 * Settings export and import on the Get started tab: one JSON file with the plugin’s
settings. Import checks every value like the settings screens and ignores unknown
   keys.

Colors, fonts and spacing come from the active theme’s presets. The plugin does
not restyle body text or headings, and its CSS is scoped to its own blocks.

No license key, no domain activation, no purchase check, no expiry. Deactivating
the plugin never deletes content or settings. No external fonts and no tracking
by the plugin itself. Nothing is loaded from other servers unless you enter a Google
Analytics or Google Tag Manager ID (see External services).

The plugin is optional for the KUMITATE theme and works with other block themes.
Breadcrumbs and sharing are placed automatically in the KUMITATE theme’s templates;
other themes can use the `siteframe_breadcrumbs` and `siteframe_share` shortcodes.

### External services

This plugin connects to outside services only when you switch on Analytics and site
verification and enter an ID. Nothing is sent while the feature is off or the fields
are empty.

 * Google Analytics 4: with a measurement ID, every public page loads the Google
tag (gtag.js) from www.googletagmanager.com, which sends visit data such as the
page address, referrer, browser and device information to Google Analytics. [Terms](https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/terms/us/),
   [Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).
 * Google Tag Manager: with a container ID, every public page loads the container
from www.googletagmanager.com, which runs the tags you set up in Tag Manager
and sends the data those tags collect. [Terms](https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/tag-manager/use-policy/),
   [Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).

The Search Console and Bing verification codes are only written into a meta tag
in the page head; the plugin sends nothing to Google or Microsoft for them.

## Blocks

This plugin provides 32 blocks.

 * Display conditions Shows the blocks inside only to chosen visitors, on chosen
kinds of pages, categories or tags, or within a period. Not for private or paid
content: editors can read it, and page caches may show it to others.
 * Full-width section A section whose background reaches the edges of the screen,
with an optional background image and shaped top and bottom edges.
 * Banner link A card with a title and a short text over a background image. The
   whole card is one link.
 * Image slide A slide that holds core image blocks.
 * Accordion Items that open and close when their title is clicked. The contents
can be read even without JavaScript.
 * Post sharing Sharing links for LINE, X and Facebook. Shown on single posts
   only.
 * Icon One large icon from the shared set, with a size, colour, background shape
   and an optional link.
 * Review A review of a product, service or place with a star rating, good points,
points to note and a summary. Can add Review structured data.
 * Business info Name, address, telephone, opening hours and map of a shop or
office, shown on the page and described to search engines as a local business.

and comments. Can start from a saved speaker.
 * Table of contents Links to the headings of this page, built from the content
   when the page is shown.
 * Box menu Linked boxes in a grid, each with an icon or an image and a short
   label.
 * Fixed contact bar Booking, telephone and LINE buttons kept at the bottom of
the screen. Place it in the footer to show it on every page.

 * Description The description of the term above it.
 * Accordion item One title and the contents shown when it is opened.
 * Step One step: a title and the blocks that explain it. In a timeline it also
   has a date or time.
 * Box menu item One linked box with an icon or an image and a label.
 * Term The term of a description list.
 * Responsive column One column of the responsive columns block.

## Installation

 1. Install the plugin from Plugins > Add New, or upload the ZIP from Plugins > Add
    New > Upload Plugin.
 2. Activate it.
 3. Open KUMITATE in the admin menu and enable the features you want. Each tab saves
on its own and leaves the other tabs alone.

## FAQ

### What happens to my content when I turn a feature off?

Saved content and settings stay. A switched-off feature stops offering new insertions
and stops applying its own styles, and existing blocks remain editable. Table settings
can still be removed after the feature is off.

### What happens when I deactivate the plugin?

Core blocks and patterns keep working, because they were saved as standard block
content. The image slide block needs the plugin to be active again before it can
be edited. Nothing is deleted.

### Do I need the KUMITATE theme?

No. The plugin works with block themes in general. The KUMITATE theme places breadcrumbs
and sharing in its templates automatically; elsewhere use the shortcodes.

### Does it require an account, key or subscription?

No. There is no activation, no purchase check and no call home.

### Does it add structured data on top of my SEO plugin?

No. The structured data feature disables itself when a major SEO plugin is active.
Turn it off by hand if another source outputs the same markup.

### Does it add meta tags on top of my SEO plugin?

No. Search titles, descriptions, sharing tags and noindex output nothing while Yoast
SEO, Rank Math, All in One SEO, SEOPress, The SEO Framework or SEO SIMPLE PACK is
active. A theme or other plugin printing the same tags cannot always be detected,
so check a page’s source after switching.

### What happens to the new blocks when their feature is switched off?

They leave the block inserter, and every placed block keeps showing and stays editable.
Blocks set to show on phones or computers only stay hidden where chosen, so nothing
appears twice.

### Can I merge table cells?

Yes. Select a table and open “Merge and convert cells” in the block sidebar. Merged
cells are saved as standard colspan and rowspan attributes, so they stay if the
plugin is switched off or removed.

### Does changing a format set change text I already formatted?

No. A format set is a shortcut: it applies bold, italic, the core highlight color,
the marker and the size as separate formats, and nothing in the saved text refers
to the set. The marker shape and colors are different: they are CSS variables, so
changing them updates every marker on the site.

### I hid the title of a page. Is the page left without a heading?

No. When the text of the page has no level 1 heading, the title is kept in the page
for screen readers and search engines and only hidden from sight. When the text
has its own level 1 heading, the title is removed so the page has one main heading.
The browser tab title, search results title and structured data are not changed.

### Does hiding a part of a page change my content?

No. The choice is stored as post meta and the part is left out when the page is
shown. Switching the feature off shows everything again; saved choices are kept.

### Can the display conditions block protect members-only or paid content?

No. It only chooses what is shown. The blocks inside are saved in the post, so anyone
who can edit the post can read them, site search finds the post by their words,
and removing the plugin shows them to everyone. Pages with the block ask caches
not to store them; check that your caching plugin respects this. Switching the feature
off keeps the conditions of placed blocks.

### Can I use my own icons?

Yes. The `siteframe_site_tools_icons` filter adds or replaces icons by name. Posts
store only the name, so a replaced icon changes everywhere it is used without invalid
blocks. Icon markup is limited to basic shapes; anything else is removed.

### Will the review block show stars in Google?

It writes Review structured data when both the block’s switch and KUMITATE structured
data are on. Google decides whether to show stars, and never shows them for a review
a business writes about itself on its own site. When an SEO plugin writes the page’s
structured data, each review is written as a separate item.

### Where do I put my own CSS or code?

The plugin does not save CSS, JavaScript or HTML typed by hand. Put CSS in WordPress’s
Additional CSS (Appearance > Editor > Styles > Additional CSS, or the Customizer
in a classic theme). Analytics and verification tags have their own ID fields. For
other code, use your theme’s functions.php or a plugin made for adding code. CSS
and code saved by version 0.16 or earlier are kept but no longer output; the admin
shows them once so you can move them.

### What happens to blocks using my own style if I rename or delete it, or switch the feature off?

Renamed: blocks using an earlier class name keep the look. Switched off: the style
is no longer offered, but blocks already using it keep their look. Deleted: the
blocks keep the class but lose the look.

### Do my existing steps and caption boxes change?

No. The timeline and the caption box kinds are new options whose defaults save the
same markup as before, so placed blocks stay valid and look the same.

### Where do the page, category and tag conditions apply?

To the page being viewed, so a display conditions block in a header or footer template
part follows each page. REST responses and feeds have no page being viewed, so content
with these conditions is left out there.

### Does the default featured image change my posts or sharing images?

No. It is shown only in lists of posts, link cards and related pages lists. Nothing
is saved to the posts, and sharing images and structured data keep using each post’s
own image and the default sharing image.

### What does a settings export contain?

The features switched on and off, search and sharing settings, site identity, the
automatic table of contents, editor settings, removed output, the default featured
image, the sharing options, the analytics and verification IDs and your own block
styles. Posts, pages, images and per-page settings are not included. Image choices
are not carried over from another site’s file, because images have different IDs
there.

## Changelog

#### 0.18.0

 * Get started: a strip at the top shows the three parts of KUMITATE (the free theme,
this plugin, a trade child theme) with what is done and the one thing to do next.
 * After a child theme is activated, the pointer to its finished sample shows on
every admin screen for a week, until the sample is created or dismissed. Earlier“
Not now” answers are forgotten when the theme changes.
 * No change to features, blocks or saved settings.

#### 0.17.0

 * Settings no longer accept free-form CSS, JavaScript or HTML. Custom CSS, CSS
per page and CSS for custom formats are retired: saved CSS is no longer output
and is shown once in the admin so you can move it to Additional CSS.
 * Code in the page head and body becomes fields for a Google Analytics 4 measurement
ID, a Google Tag Manager container ID and site verification codes. Saved code
is no longer output and is shown once in the admin.
 * Your own block styles are built from a form (colors, border, radius, spacing,
shadow, text size and weight) instead of CSS.
 * Works with the hooks of the KUMITATE theme 0.12.14 and later for per-page display
   settings and breadcrumbs.
 * Translations are no longer bundled; they come from translate.wordpress.org.
 * Settings are checked field by field when saved.

#### 0.16.0

 * New blocks: icon, and a related pages list of posts from the same category or
tag, child pages or sibling pages.
 * New under Design: your own block styles and a default featured image for posts
   without one.
 * New on the SEO tab: code in the page head and body (users allowed unfiltered
HTML only), removal of unneeded output item by item, and the excerpt for pages.
 * New on the Get started tab: settings export and import as one JSON file.
 * Step block: a timeline style with a date or time per item. Caption box: kinds
with an icon, color and caption, and an optional icon beside the caption.
 * Display conditions: kinds of page, categories and tags.
 * Space below blocks: space above and below for computers, tablets and phones.
 * Full-width section: a background image for phones.
 * Core button: hover effects and a width for each screen size.
 * Text highlights: letter spacing. Custom formats go up to ten; the two saved ones
   are unchanged.
 * Post sharing: an optional Copy URL button.
 * Light bulb, pencil and exclamation mark icons in the shared set.
 * The recommended settings on the Get started tab also switch on the icon block,
the related pages list, the default featured image and the excerpt for pages.
 * All new features and options are off until switched on. Existing blocks save
the same markup, and nothing new is loaded from other servers.

#### 0.15.0

 * New blocks under Blocks: speech balloon with saved speakers, review with optional
Review structured data, banner link, box menu, link list, responsive columns,
   full-width section and display conditions.
 * New under Design: block style collection, button styles and inline buttons, column
options for phones, per-page CSS and editor helpers.
 * New under Navigation: automatic table of contents and automatic link cards for
   addresses of this site.
 * New on the SEO tab: post list columns for the featured image and search visibility,
   with quick and bulk editing.
 * Link card: categories, tags and other terms, your own title, summary and image,
and slim and text-only styles. Existing cards look as before.
 * Text highlights: folder and file names, list lines and centred lines in table
cells, and a line break on phones only.
 * Rich text toolbar: a KUMITATE group with a Decoration menu (clear formatting,
folder and file names, small note, text and background color, inline button,
no-wrap, line break on phones, custom formats and format sets), inline icons,
font size and marker. Each user chooses which buttons sit on the toolbar and
   which in the menu.
 * Text and background color use the core highlight format, so colors stay when
   the plugin is off.
 * All blocks of the plugin are grouped under a KUMITATE category at the top of
   the inserter, with short titles.
 * Shared line icons with a searchable picker, replaceable with the `siteframe_site_tools_icons`
   filter.
 * The recommended settings on the Get started tab include the new features, except
the review block, display conditions, per-page CSS and the automatic table of
   contents.
 * All new features are off until switched on. Nothing new is loaded from other
   servers.

#### 0.14.0

 * New: Format sets and editor settings (off by default). KUMITATE > Editor settings
sets the marker shape and four colors, three named format sets and two custom
formats with CSS for the front end and the editor. Custom formats stay registered
and their CSS keeps loading when the feature is off.
 * New: Per-page display settings (off by default). Hide the title, featured image,
post details, sharing links, breadcrumbs or the fixed contact bar of one post
or page. Only the post being viewed is affected, never lists or query loops.
 * The CSS screen no longer causes a PHP deprecation notice when opened while custom
   CSS is switched off.
 * The recommended settings on the Get started tab include format sets and per-page
   display settings.

#### 0.13.0

 * New blocks: accordion, FAQ, description list, tabs, steps and caption box (off
until switched on under Blocks). Accordions open without JavaScript, tabs follow
the WAI-ARIA tabs pattern, steps are saved as an ordered list, and the FAQ block
   can add FAQPage structured data.
 * New block settings under Design: show on phones or computers only, space below
blocks and text highlights (marker, font size, small note, no line break, clear
   formatting).
 * Table: merge and split cells, switch cells between th and td, make the first
column of the body row headers and repair broken rows, all saved in core’s own
cell attributes. Keep the header row in view with CSS position: sticky, together
with sideways scrolling. A minimum width for every column, centering across or
down only, centered header text and a color for header cells in the body.
 * The recommended settings on the Get started tab include the new blocks and settings.

#### 0.12.0

 * New “Get started” tab, first in the KUMITATE screen: create the finished sample
of a trade child theme, switch on the recommended features in one click, and
   enter the site identity.
 * The dashboard and the theme screen point to the finished sample of the active
child theme until it is created or dismissed.
 * After the sample is created, buttons lead to the draft pages, the home page setting
   and the Site Editor.
 * The Site identity screen can switch structured data on where it says it is off.
 * The CSS screen is listed in the menu only while custom CSS is switched on.
 * Search titles and descriptions: category, tag, taxonomy, post type and blog listings
get a canonical link built from the listing itself (WordPress prints one on single
   posts and pages only).
 * Structured data: no second breadcrumb list on WooCommerce pages, which describe
   their own.

#### 0.11.0

 * New: fixed contact bar block for booking, telephone and LINE buttons (off until
   switched on under Navigation).

#### 0.10.5

 * Prepared for the WordPress.org plugin directory: updates now come from WordPress.
   org.

#### 0.10.4

 * Hardened request handling and output escaping on the settings and starter screens(
   no change in behavior).

#### 0.10.3

 * Settings screens reworked: features as cards with switches and an on/off badge,
the number of features switched on shown on each tab, and one save button kept
at the bottom of the screen that says when there are unsaved changes and asks
   before leaving.
 * The SEO tab starts with where things stand (who outputs the tags, what is not
entered yet with a link to where it is entered, the basic setup) and saves the
switches and the search and sharing settings together. Settings open as their
switches are turned on, grouped in sections with links at the top; the table
of where each setting lives folds away.
 * The Site identity screen uses the same cards, logo preview and save bar.
 * “Settings saved.” now appears on every tab.

#### 0.10.2

 * Description length: descriptions longer than the set length (120 by default)
are shortened when output, written ones included, ending on a sentence where
possible. The saved text is kept whole; 0 outputs descriptions as written.
 * WebPage carries the page image as image as well as primaryImageOfPage.
 * The settings route accepts POST, PUT and PATCH from administrators: features,
search settings and site identity, only the parts sent, with the same checks
as the screens. An unknown key refuses the whole request; a value that does not
pass keeps the saved one and is listed as dropped.

#### 0.10.1

 * WooCommerce shop: the shop page’s own title, description, image and search listing
now apply to the shop, which WooCommerce shows as the product archive. Before,
a noindex set there left the sitemap but never reached the page.
 * Sharing image by address, for an image outside the media library such as a theme
preview; its size is read when the file is on this site.
 * Without a page image, featured image or site default, sharing falls back to the
site logo (Site identity, theme logo) or site icon, at least 200 pixels, in the
small card. The large card is used only for a wide image of at least 600 pixels.
 * Structured data: BlogPosting.image and WebPage.primaryImageOfPage use the same
image as sharing. The publisher logo falls back to the theme logo or site icon
when none is chosen on the Site identity screen.
 * Author archives can be switched off: /author/name/ and /?author=N go to the front
page with a 301, links to them too, and the author sitemap is left out.
 * A category or tag none of whose posts is listed in search gets noindex and leaves
the sitemap; it follows its posts as they change.
 * A character count with the guide under title and description fields on the classic
editor, term and settings screens, and a note when a description is longer than
   the guide.
 * A “Not entered yet” list on the SEO tab: default sharing image, publisher logo,
   profiles.
 * GET /wp-json/kumitate-site-tools/v1/settings reports the switches, who outputs
the tags, the search settings and the site identity to administrators. Read-only.

#### 0.10.0

 * Search titles and descriptions: a title per page, per term and for the front
page, title formats per content type and for archives (%title%, %site%, %page%)
through WordPress’s own title filters, and a meta description from the page’s
own setting, the hand-written excerpt or the start of the text. Automatic text
comes only from paragraphs, lists and quotes, never runs shortcodes or dynamic
blocks, ends on a sentence within about 120 characters and is cached with a fingerprint
of the content. Written descriptions are never cut.
 * Social sharing: Open Graph and X card tags with the page’s own sharing image,
its featured image or a site default, including width, height and alt text; the
small card when there is no image. Nothing is shared from protected, private
   or preview pages.
 * Search listing: noindex per page, per term, per content type and for author and
date archives, only ever added, never lifting a noindex from WordPress or another
plugin. The WordPress sitemap leaves out the same pages and terms at query time,
so lists and page counts agree, along with password-protected posts and WooCommerce
   cart, checkout and account pages.
 * A “Search and sharing” panel in the post sidebar, a box in the classic editor
and fields on term screens; the values are registered meta available in the REST
API in edit context to users who may edit the item.
 * All three are off by default. A “Use the basic setup” button switches them on
together after listing what changes. An active SEO plugin takes precedence; after
it is deactivated KUMITATE waits to be chosen again instead of taking over.
 * The WebPage and BlogPosting structured data carry the same description as the
meta tag when KUMITATE writes it.

#### 0.9.0

 * Site identity screen: the publisher as Organization or Person with name, description,
logo or photo and profiles elsewhere (sameAs), and how post authors are stated.
Structured data becomes one connected graph: publisher, WebSite, WebPage per
page, BreadcrumbList and BlogPosting linked by @id.
 * Business info block: type of business, name, address, telephone, email, opening
hours, price range, map link, reservation button and a photo. With structured
data on, the block adds a local business node of the chosen schema.org type to
the graph; a single shop published by an organisation becomes that organisation’s
node, several shops become separate places under it. Only what the block shows
is structured, and the structured data is now printed in the footer so a block
anywhere on the page, including a footer template part, is included.
 * Block titles, descriptions and keywords now really appear in Japanese in the
editor: WordPress looks those up with a gettext context, which the bundled translation
lacked before. Translations are also loaded before the blocks register.
 * Table of contents and link card blocks, both built from the page when it is shown,
so nothing stale is ever saved. Headings get their anchors at render time only
inside the content of the page the table of contents is on.
 * SEO division of labour: the settings tab reports the active SEO plugin, recommends
SEO SIMPLE PACK when none is installed, and lists where each setting lives. Structured
data stays on next to SEO SIMPLE PACK and reuses its per-post description; it
still turns off next to plugins that output their own JSON-LD.
 * Table reading aids grew into a full set: scroll sideways always or only on narrow
   screens, with a hint on phones; keep the first column in view while scrolling;
stack cells on phones; center every cell; set the table width and the first column
width; color the header row and the first column from the theme palette or any
color; and a “Simple lines” block style.
 * Values are stored in one block attribute and become CSS variables at render time.
The saved table markup is untouched, so a table never becomes invalid and the
plugin being off leaves a standard table.
 * Colors chosen from the palette are stored by slug, so they follow a child theme
   switch.
 * Cell marks for comparison tables: a symbol (◎ ○ △ × ✓ − ?), an optional cell
background from the palette or any color, and white text for dark backgrounds,
all from the cell’s text toolbar. The symbol is a real character, so it is read
aloud and copied like any text.
 * Two more patterns built from the above: a plan comparison table that scrolls
sideways on phones, and a pros-and-cons table that stacks on phones.
 * A custom CSS screen with common, front-end and editor parts. Suggestions as you
type merge Emmet expansions (m10 becomes margin: 10px;) with CSS properties and
values; Tab expands, Ctrl+Space opens the list. CodeMirror highlighting and CSSLint,
a dark look by default with a light option and text size, both remembered per
   browser. Off by default; stored by the plugin so it survives a child theme switch;
   markup is refused on save.

#### 0.8.0

 * Added a Breadcrumbs block and a Post Sharing block, so both can be placed in
the Site Editor instead of relying on where the theme puts them.
 * A placed block suppresses the KUMITATE theme’s automatic insertion, so a page
never shows the same breadcrumbs twice.
 * The shortcodes and the theme’s automatic insertion keep working with the same
markup, so an existing site can move over at its own pace, or not at all.
 * Both blocks accept the standard spacing, font size and colour controls. Turning
the feature off stops new insertions and hides the output, and a block already
   placed stays in the template.
 * Translated the block titles, descriptions and keywords, which were not reaching
the translation files before. This also fixes the image slide block’s title.

#### 0.7.0

 * Renamed the plugin folder, main file and text domain to kumitate-site-tools,
and the display name to KUMITATE Site Tools.
 * Switched the source strings to English and bundled Japanese translations, so
the admin, the block settings and the patterns read in the site’s language.
 * Made two strings translatable that were previously fixed text: the pre-publish
checklist, and the separator between a field name and its error.
 * The image slide block’s default description is now “Image slide”. Saved blocks
keep the description they already have, and it stays editable in the block sidebar.
 * Unchanged for existing sites: the option key, block name, CSS classes, shortcodes
and filter names. Saved content and settings are kept.

#### 0.6.0

 * Added table reading aids for the core table block: horizontal scrolling, minimum
width and first-column emphasis, stored in the standard className.
 * Added pricing, services and contact patterns built from core blocks only.
 * Both features default to off, so existing sites are untouched.

#### Earlier

 * Development releases before 0.6.0 were not published and have no separate changelog.
