## Description

Kodenra Course Analytics for FluentCommunity adds course reporting screens to WordPress
administration.

The overview provides:

 * Course and active-enrollment totals.
 * Not-started, in-progress, and completed student counts.
 * Average course progress.
 * Current enrollment-status visualization.
 * Per-course progress and completion comparisons.
 * Counts of members whose latest community activity was more than 30 days ago.

Administrators can open a course to view its active student roster. Selecting a
student displays that member’s published lessons, completion state, completion dates,
and available quiz results.

When FluentCommunity records a course completion, the plugin issues a permanent
certificate containing a snapshot of the learner name, course title, completion
date, and a unique verification code. Learners receive a link they can print or
save as PDF. Administrators can view and revoke certificates from the Certificates
report.

Certificate issuance, historical completion synchronization, analytics, reports,
and certificate design tools are included and remain available.

The Certificate Template screen provides a visual designer with live preview, style
presets, page orientation, colors, typography, borders, and WordPress Media Library
controls for logos and background images. An advanced HTML editor with certificate
placeholders remains available. Saved templates are sanitized to prevent scripts
and other unsafe public markup.

The Students screen lists active course enrollments across the site and links each
entry to its detailed progress report.

This plugin is an independent addon and is not developed, endorsed, or supported
by the FluentCommunity team or WPManageNinja LLC.

### Requirements

 * WordPress 6.4 or newer.
 * PHP 7.4 or newer.
 * FluentCommunity 2.9.1 or newer.
 * FluentCommunity Pro 2.9.1 or newer is required only for quiz functionality and
   quiz results.

### Privacy

The plugin reads existing WordPress and FluentCommunity records to present reports
to authorized administrators. Reports can include names, usernames, email addresses,
enrollment dates, community activity dates, lesson-completion information, and quiz
results.

The plugin does not create custom analytics tables or set tracking cookies. Issued
certificates are stored as private WordPress records. Certificate verification pages
are publicly accessible to anyone who has the unguessable certificate URL and display
the certificate’s learner name, course title, completion date, status, and verification
code. Site administrators remain responsible for controlling dashboard access and
handling displayed personal data under applicable privacy rules.

WordPress may request avatar images through the site’s configured avatar provider
when report pages display member avatars. This behavior comes from the WordPress
avatar system and can be controlled through WordPress settings or an avatar plugin.

## Installation

 1. Install and activate FluentCommunity 2.9.1 or newer.
 2. Upload and activate Kodenra Course Analytics for FluentCommunity.
 3. Open Kodenra Analytics > Overview in WordPress administration.
 4. Use Kodenra Analytics > Students to review active enrollments across all courses.

## FAQ

### Does this plugin modify FluentCommunity data?

No. Version 1.0.0 provides read-only reports using existing FluentCommunity records.

### Is FluentCommunity Pro required?

No. Course, enrollment, and lesson-completion reports work with FluentCommunity.
FluentCommunity Pro is needed only when displaying Pro quiz results.

### How is progress calculated?

Progress is the percentage of currently published course lessons marked complete
by an actively enrolled student.

### What does inactive for 30 days mean?

It means the member’s latest FluentCommunity profile activity is missing or older
than 30 days. It is community-wide activity, not a precise last-course-visit timestamp.

### Who can view the reports?

Only users with the `manage_fcom_course_analytics` capability. The plugin grants
this capability to Administrators when activated.

### Does this plugin send data to an external service?

No. Analytics, course data, and certificate data remain on the WordPress site.
