This project is intended for medical professionals who are not technical users, so a system that requires continuous troubleshooting is not practical. Instead of helping us move forward, the plugin has caused delays and additional workload. We have used other booking solutions on different websites without any problems, which confirms that the issue is not related to our environment but to the plugin’s reliability in our case. At this point, we cannot recommend this plugin. The reception handles all the bookings, so I want to enter the same address for everyone, or none, but this is not possible. Doctor profile– I need to enter specialization and medical degree; why do I need to know which year they graduated ?! I should be able to organize services by specialties, so that patients can find them when selecting a specialty. They do not care about about my internal category system, neither shouldn’t they?
