Not intuitive and poorly structured, regularly failing when publishing product ranges, causing full sets of unwanted products without images or prices, needing to manually delete repeatedly. Unable to publish multiple products in one range, meaning you have to upload the same image multiple times if you want a different product with that image. Support was basically useless, taking many days to respond with very little help or guidance when they do, just asking the same questions over and over (which I had already answered), in some cases denying my problem existed, telling me it was impossible! The final straw is that it has just gone wrong again and completely deleted several product ranges that I had spent a long time to create. Do not waste your time with this plugin, I am switching to another plugin asap, probably Spreadshirt as I have used it before and know they are reliable. Slows down site.](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/not-intuitive-slows-down-site/)󠁿 [ico00111](https://profiles.wordpress.org/ico00111/) August 1, 2017 1 reply I've been testing out the Kite app on my website for 2 days, and I'm already looking for another drop-shipping app. One good thing about Kite is that it's easy to upload images for each product type. Other than that, I've had nothing but problems when using it. For starters, it isn't intuitive. It slows down WordPress websites. When I uploaded my images to my website, I found that it took a very long time to load all of the images. The "Load More" button at the bottom is also unresponsive, and some images didn't load at all. Second, when you click on the product image, there's supposed to be an image of the product next to the pricing. That doesn't work, however. It's just a blank image next to some pricing information. I also couldn't figure out how to change the description. The app creates a product image that you can't access via the WordPress dashboard. It appears to send the images to the product archives. That'd be okay if it were easy to edit the page to your tastes; as I said before, you can't find the product page using the "Pages" section in the WordPress dashboard. The "tools" section never loads for me, either. I've tried it multiple times; it takes about 5 minutes for it to load. This app claims that all you need to do is upload an image and you're ready to go. Not in my case.
