Unlike other apps, Keyy keeps it simple. It is a simple app on your phone and a simple plugin on your wordpress dashboard. No endless options and settings. It just does what it is supposed to do. The visual design is clear and clutter-free, which adds to the calm I experience when using the app. Over the years, the few times I ran into a problem, support was quick, intelligent and exceedingly helpful. Indead, it seems to be very simple to use, but I tried to scan the QR code with two different applications on Android, and none of them have been able to read the QR code. Both of the two applications told me that the QR code was wrong. With keyy I finally found it. Support is also really fantastic, these guys are extremely friendly and quick. I frequently have to disable Keyy via FTP, log in to my site, then re-enable Keyy. Ankur, de helpdesk medewerker van Keyy leerde mij om stap voor stap in te loggen. Hij is heel erg behulpzaam en geduldig. Hij weet hoe te communiceren met een beginner en blijft professioneel en beleefd. Hij bleef contact zoeken, totdat het probleem volledig verholpen was. Mijn site doet het weer helemaal goed, dankzijn Ankur! Super blij I locked myself out of my site. Ankur was very patient and explained step by step how to work it out. He is very polite and understanding, even to a beginner like me. However, I ran into some unusual problem in setting up keyy on my second site. Ankur was very professional and helpful. He set up a Zoom call. He walked me through the steps and fixed the problem.
