Orders are sent to the carrier you choose with one click or automatically, and shipment status, tracking numbers and labels are kept in sync with WooCommerce. **Features** * Manual (single or bulk) and automatic order transfer. Automatic transfer runs in the background when an order becomes Processing and retries failed transfers. * Choice of the carrier services that are active on your Kargomucuz account. * Desi calculation from product dimensions and weight, with a fallback value and a per-order override. * Cash on delivery (corporate Kargomucuz accounts only): the order total is collected by the carrier. * Province, district and neighbourhood selection for Turkish addresses on the classic and block checkout. * Shipment status sync every 15 minutes; delivered orders can be completed automatically and customers receive their tracking number by email. * Printable shipping label with barcode, tracking links for customers and the “ My account” page. * Wallet balance and debt overview, with debt payment from the wallet balance. * Compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage and the checkout block. The plugin requires a Kargomucuz account and an API token created in the account’s developer settings. #### External service and data disclosure This plugin relies on the Kargomucuz API (https://api.kargomucuz.com/), a third- party service operated by Kargomucuz. * When an administrator connects an account, the API token is validated with the API and stored in the WordPress options table. * When an order is transferred, the recipient name, address, telephone number, email address, package desi/weight and, for cash on delivery orders, the order total are sent to the API. * The checkout page requests the district and neighbourhood lists for the selected province from the API through the site’s own server; no customer data is sent with these requests. * The plugin requests the account name, wallet balance, debt, active carrier services and shipment status, and submits a debt payment only when an administrator requests it. * Carrier logos shown in the admin screens are loaded from the image addresses returned by the API, which may be hosted by the carriers themselves. Install and activate WooCommerce. 2. Upload and activate this plugin. 3. In your Kargomucuz account, open your profile photo, Account Settings, Developer Tools, API Token Management, then create a new token with the permissions needed for shipments, addresses, account and payments. Leave the expiry field blank if you want a token without an expiry. 4. Open the Kargomucuz menu in WordPress and paste the token. The plugin verifies it before saving it. 5. Save your sender address, choose a carrier and the transfer mode under Kargomucuz > Settings. ## FAQ ### Is a Kargomucuz account required? Yes. Shipment, label, wallet and debt operations are provided by the Kargomucuz service. ### What happens when the wallet balance is lower than the debt? The debt payment action submits the amount currently available in the wallet. Any remaining debt stays visible in the panel. ### How often are shipment statuses checked? Every 15 minutes with WP-Cron. If your server cannot run WP-Cron (for example when loopback requests are blocked), the plugin runs the check during admin page visits and the settings page shows a server cron command you can add. ### Which payment methods are treated as cash on delivery? WooCommerce’s “Cash on delivery” method. Cash on delivery is available only for corporate Kargomucuz accounts.
