A huge shout out to Kristy in particular (and another lady I cannot for the life of me remember the name of – tho it started with “S” and she’s still on their team) and their entire team in general – excellent customer service and second to none in that regard! I’ve been using the free version of their plugin, and it’s choc-a-bloc full of features. Does what it says too – I HAVE gotten recovered sales etc from their follow ups, and I plan on purchasing the paid version in the future as well. Highly recommended – and it’s not a “paid” review for those that are (probably) asking – I would never do such a thing! Great job Jilt – keep it up! We are using EDD for our digital downloads and Jilt is perfect for keeping all our email campaigns in one place and doesn’t take long to get setup. Connected right into our EDD store with easy using their connection wizard. Jilt does a good job trying to get these addresses. What I like most is the support. Got 9 sales recovered from the automated abandoned cart emails. Immediately imported all of my contacts from EDD. Contacts are automatically added as sales come in. Also imported all of my contacts from Mailchimp. I’m able to segment my contacts however I want. The customer service is top-notch. This is a huge game-changer for me. Highly recommended.
