[EHViewer](https://ehviewers.com/) delivers a simple, efficient, and user-friendly experience for managing and viewing image galleries. The plugin uses local CSS and JavaScript files. It does not make server-side requests to third-party services, collect personal data, provide downloadable files, or include comic content. A visitor’s browser will request any external image or download URL that a site owner adds to a shortcode. #### Download card shortcode Use this shortcode and replace the example values: ``` [jhon990_download_card title="My App" version="2.1.0" size="18 MB" rating="4.8" downloads="25,000+" link="https://example.com/download" icon="https://example.com/icon.png" button_text="Download now" note="Download files only from sources you trust." features="Fast loading|Responsive design|Clear call to action"] ``` Available attributes: * `title` – Item name. * `version` – Version or edition. * `size` – File size. * `rating` – Number from 0 to 5. * `downloads` – Display-only download count. * `link` – Destination URL for the button. * `icon` – Optional icon image URL. * `button_text` – Button label. * `note` – Optional note below the button. * `features` – Pipe-separated feature list. #### Comic reader shortcode Upload your images to the WordPress Media Library or use image URLs that you are authorized to publish. Then add them as a comma-separated list: ``` [jhon990_comic_reader title="Chapter 1" images="https://example.com/page-1.jpg,https://example.com/page-2.jpg,https://example.com/page-3.jpg"] ``` Reader features include: * Previous and next page controls. * Page selection slider. * Keyboard navigation when the reader is focused. * Zoom mode. * Fullscreen mode where supported by the browser. * Responsive layouts for desktop and mobile screens. Important: Use only content that you own or have permission to publish. This plugin is a display tool and does not provide, download, scrape, or host copyrighted comic material. ### Privacy This plugin does not collect, store, or transmit personal data and does not use cookies. It makes no server-side requests to external services. Visitors may connect directly to external image or download URLs supplied by the site owner. Site owners remain responsible for those URLs and their content. ## Installation 1. Upload the plugin ZIP through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, or copy the plugin folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`. 2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress. 3. Open Settings > Jhon990 Cards & Reader to view shortcode examples and set download- card defaults. 4. Add a shortcode to a post, page, or shortcode-enabled widget. ## FAQ ### Does the plugin host or download files? No. The download card displays a link that you provide. The plugin does not upload, host, proxy, or download files. ### Does the comic reader include comics or manga? No. You must supply your own image URLs and must have the right to publish those images. ### Does the plugin send data to an external service? No. The plugin does not make server-side API requests or collect personal information. A visitor’s browser may load external URLs that the site owner places in shortcode attributes. ### Can I use Media Library image URLs? Yes. Copy the full URLs of your images and separate them with commas in the `images` attribute. ### Can I change the default download title and link? Yes.
