It sends data only when an order is paid or refunded, when you issue a document by hand, and when you save the settings (a test call that saves nothing). It sends: your API key, the store administrator’s email, the order’s billing name, company, email, phone and address, the order lines, totals, currency and payment method, and the refund amount and reason. Install and activate the plugin. 2. In your Invoice Maven account, open Settings > API and copy the API key. 3. In WordPress, open WooCommerce > Settings > Invoice Maven, paste the key and save. When the order reaches “Processing” (paid), or “Completed” if you choose so. Orders paid by bank transfer, cheque or cash on delivery always wait for “Completed”. ### How fast does the document appear? Right away: the plugin issues it at the end of the request that paid or refunded the order, after the customer’s page was sent, so the checkout never waits for it. ### What happens if Invoice Maven cannot be reached? The plugin waits up to 15 seconds, then tries again in the background after 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours and 6 hours. Every attempt is recorded in the order notes. You can also issue the document by hand from the order actions. ### Can the same order get two documents? No. Each order is sent with its own unique id, and Invoice Maven refuses a second document for the same id. ### How do I get an allocation number for a business customer? WooCommerce has no field for an ID or company number.
