Been on BigCommerce for 5 years. Support has gotten terrible. I’m hiring a consultant
to help me with WooCommerce, a much better move in the long run.

promises to bring better attention, support, and features to this Plugin. Hosted
shopping carts, in particular Bigcommerce, are vastly superior than self hosted 
products; for starters in terms of security, performance, and all of the administrative
controls and integrations that Bigcommerce provides. Would you host your own accounting
software on your website? No! Would you integrate solid, well supported accounting
software with your website? Sure! That’s the power of Bigcommerce and our new bridge
with WordPress.org powered websites. We feel the same way with our other free community
