Go to **Integrazo Flow > Connections**. 2. Click **Add Connection** and pick the app (Zoho CRM, Zoho Bigin, or Google Sheets). 3. For Zoho, choose your data center (zoho.com, zoho.eu, zoho.in, etc.) and authorize via the official Zoho OAuth screen. 4. Your connection is saved, encrypted, and ready to use in any flow. ### Privacy Policy Integrazo Flow does not store any of your form data on Integrazo servers. **OAuth relay:** During Zoho OAuth authorization, the plugin uses a relay endpoint at https://integrazo.com/zoho_callback. This relay receives the authorization code from Zoho and immediately forwards it to your WordPress site. No data is stored or logged on Integrazo servers during this process. The relay is required because Zoho OAuth requires a fixed registered redirect URI. Yes. Add a **Delay** step to wait a set number of minutes before the next step runs. Delays rely on WP-Cron; if WP-Cron is disabled on your site, the next step runs immediately instead of waiting, and the flow never stalls. ### Do I need an AI API key? No. AI Agents are completely optional. They add convenience features (auto field mapping and AI-generated test data) using your own Gemini, OpenAI, or Claude API key. Every core feature works without any AI key. ### Is my data secure and private? Yes. Form data is sent directly from your site to your connected app — it is never stored on Integrazo servers. All connection credentials are encrypted using AES- 256-CBC with a site-specific key. ### Does it work on WordPress multisite?
