After the integration, submitted forms are automatically added as lead, contact, or others modules in Zoho CRM to the specified account in Zoho CRM. ### Configuration 1. Go to ‘Admin’ -> ‘GF – Zoho CRM’ -> “Integration”. 2. Register App in Zoho CRM to get Client ID and Client Secret. For US, https://api- console.zoho.com/, For AU, https://api-console.zoho.com.au/, For EU, https://api- console.zoho.eu/, For IN, https://api-console.zoho.in/ and etc ### Features 1. Easily integrate your Gravity Forms form with **Zoho CRM Any Modules**. 2. Integrated Gravity Forms form can **automatically add your site new form submissions to your Zoho CRM Any Modules**. 3. Easily map your Gravity Forms form fields to your Zoho CRM Any Modules fields. 4. Action Event option for ‘Create Module Record’. 5. Support Zoho CRM **Custom Fields (Phone, Picklist, Multi-Picklist, Date, Email, Text, etc…)**. 6.
