I got the plugin installed, but cannot get it to work.
When I go to upload a file, it just spins and never completes. We originally had a file size issue, but we resolved that. Now, the file will just not load.
Any help is desired. I have spent a lot of money on obtaining licenses for Captivate 9, and also on themes and plugins in wordpress. I really don't want to have to change systems.

The support for this plugin is rubbish. After they have your money they never respond to your issues.
