Multiple, individual popups on any page each with their own unique shortcodes.

The plugin stopped working when I updated to WordPress 4.4.

Please update to version 1.2 of the plugin, which changes the way the tag is specified; for example, [infopopup:mytag] becomes [infopopup tag=mytag]. After this, your popups should work once again.

Is there any way to make this popup work in the sidebar?

Go to Appearance > Widgets and drag a new Text widget from the left panel into a widget area (on the right). Then, paste the infopopup shortcode into this text widget and click save. Check the result on the appropriate page.

How do I add a specific width to the popup?

To specify the width of the info box popup, edit the stylesheet (go to the infopopup plugin folder, and open infopopup.css in the css folder). After line 24, add width:200px (or whatever width you need) to the class .infopopup-popup.

Why do the original styles disappear when I add styles of my own?

Version 1.1 of the plugin should address most styling issues, but we plan to improve the simplicity of custom styling in a future version.

The links appear but don't work, or work on click but not on mouse-over

We have taken steps to reduce the likelihood of jQuery conflicts with other plugins, but you can check for conflicts by disabling other plugins in turn.
