Upload the `incod-optimized-mobile-menu` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory. 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress. 3. Go to “Appearance > Menus” and add a new menu or edit an existing one. 4. Select “Mobile Menu” in the “Menu Settings” column to assign this menu. 5.
