The free version reliably labels all standard images in your posts and pages. Does your theme use complex CSS background images or a page builder like Elementor? Then check out our Pro plugin below. **How it works:** 1. Open the media library (list view) – you will find a new “AI Label” column there. 2. Check the box for every AI-generated image. 3. The label automatically appears wherever the image is displayed on your website. **Features:** * Checkbox marking in the media library (list & detail view) * Custom label text in German and English (automatically selected based on the site language) * Adjustable font size * Adjustable label size/padding * Adjustable background opacity * Live preview in the settings screen * Settings screen available in German and English (switchable) * Clean, readable default style: black background, white text, bottom-right corner of the image * Works with WooCommerce product images (shop archive, product page, images loaded via AJAX) This plugin does not connect to any external service and does not transmit any data. **Additional features in our separate, standalone Pro plugin (not part of this plugin’s code):** * Label background images too – e.g. Elementor section/container/column/widget backgrounds (CSS background instead of an `` tag) * Free positioning of the label (9 positions + custom edge margin) * Custom font color & background color * Custom font family, optionally auto-loaded from Google Fonts * Mark WooCommerce product images directly in the product editor (featured image + gallery) * Choose a custom preview image from the media library for the live preview on the settings screen More information: [ai-label24.de](https://ai-label24.de/) ## Installation 1. Upload the plugin folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`, or install it via “Plugins - > Add New”. 2. Activate the plugin. 3. Go to “Settings -> Image AI Labels” to configure the label text, font size and opacity. 4. In the media library, check the box for every image that should be marked as AI- generated. ## FAQ ### Are all images labeled automatically? No. You decide per image, via a checkbox in the media library, which images are marked as AI-generated. ### Where exactly is the label displayed? Wherever a marked image is output through the media library in posts/pages. The position is calculated dynamically based on the actual rendered image size, so it stays correctly placed even with responsive layouts. ### Is any data sent to third parties?
