## Description

**Iconall** solves a common problem with Elementor: SVG icons that won’t change
color.

When you upload an SVG file in Elementor, the color picker often doesn’t work. This
happens because the SVG code contains hardcoded color values, such as `fill="#000000"`,
instead of using `currentColor`.

Iconall automatically:

 * Converts all `fill` and `stroke` values to `currentColor` so Elementor’s color
   controls work as expected.
 * Processes new SVG uploads immediately, with no extra steps.
 * Offers a one-click bulk conversion tool for SVG files that were uploaded before
   installing the plugin.
 * Sanitizes every SVG file before processing it, stripping potentially dangerous
markup (such as `<script>` tags and inline event handlers).
 * Lets you mark specific attachments as exceptions so they are skipped by the automatic
   conversion.
 * Creates a backup of the original file before converting it, with a one-click
   restore option.

#### Why use Iconall?

Elementor’s native icon widgets rely on `currentColor` to apply dynamic colors to
SVG icons. Most icon libraries and export tools (Figma, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.)
export SVGs with fixed color values instead, which silently breaks the color picker.
Iconall removes this friction so you can upload any SVG icon and style it directly
from Elementor, without manually editing the SVG code.

## Installation

 1. Upload the plugin ZIP file from the Plugins screen in your WordPress admin, or
extract it into the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
 2. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” screen in WordPress.
 3. Go to Settings > Iconall.
 4. Review and save the conversion settings (automatic conversion and backups are enabled
    by default).

## FAQ

### Does Iconall convert SVG files I uploaded before installing it?

Yes. Open the “Bulk Conversion” tab in the plugin settings and run the one-click
bulk conversion tool to process all existing SVG files in your Media Library.

### Will SVGs that already use fill=”none” be changed?

No. Values of `none`, `currentColor`, and `url(...)` (used for gradients/patterns)
are left untouched.

### Does this work with page builders other than Elementor?

Yes. Iconall works anywhere `currentColor` is supported, since the conversion happens
at the SVG file level, not inside Elementor itself.

### Is uploading SVG files safe?

Yes. Iconall sanitizes every SVG file before processing it, removing scripts, event
handler attributes, and other potentially dangerous markup, in addition to the security
restrictions WordPress already applies to file uploads.

### Who is allowed to upload SVG files?

To reduce the security risk of SVG uploads, only users who already have the `unfiltered_html`
capability (Administrators on a single site, Super Admins on multisite) can upload
SVG files. This matches how WordPress itself limits raw/unfiltered HTML, and cannot
be bypassed by other roles.
