## Description

Hotelsbot AI Concierge adds a chat bubble to every page of your hotel website. Guests
type or talk, in any language, and get answers from your own information: check-
in times, parking, pets, breakfast, directions and more. When a guest asks about
dates, the concierge checks your own booking site and sends a booking link with 
the dates filled in. Anything it can’t answer goes to your team on WhatsApp.

You need a hotelsbot.ai account and hotel ID: see https://hotelsbot.ai. hotelsbot.
ai is a service of Gabman Investments Ltd.

#### External service

This plugin loads the hotelsbot.ai chat script from https://chat.hotelsbot.ai on
the public pages of your site once a hotel ID is set. Messages and voice that a 
visitor sends in the chat go to hotelsbot.ai to be answered (voice is processed 
by ElevenLabs, answers by OpenAI, availability is read from your own booking site).
Nothing is loaded and nothing is sent before a hotel ID is set.

## Installation

 1. Install and activate the plugin.
 2. Go to Settings > Hotelsbot and enter your hotel ID.
 3. The chat appears on your site.

Or use “Connect your website” in your hotelsbot.ai welcome message: after you approve
it in WordPress, the plugin is installed and set up for you.

## FAQ

### Does it slow down my site?

The chat script loads asynchronously at the end of the page and does not block it.

### Can I choose the chat language?

Yes, in Settings > Hotelsbot. By default the chat follows the page language.
