It replaces a stack of separate tools with one cohesive admin area where intake, customers, bookings, quotes, and invoices all link together around a shared customer record — plus an installable staff Hub your team uses in the field from their phones. Everything runs on your own site. In the editor, add the “Hibilon Field Form” block and choose the form type in the block sidebar — booking wizard, quote request, contact, feedback, or testimonials — with a live preview as you edit. Translations are delivered as WordPress.org language packs and install automatically once available for your locale; a complete `.pot` template is included for anyone who wants to translate or correct a language. Dates can optionally be displayed in the Jalali (Persian) or Hijri calendar; storage always stays Gregorian, so switching the display calendar never changes your stored data. #### Privacy & self-hosting All client and job data lives in your own WordPress database. PDF invoices are generated locally with a bundled, public-domain FPDF library (in lib/fpdf/) — no external service or API key is used. Tokenized public pages are protected by per-record secret tokens validated with hash_equals(). The plugin is fully functional and self-hosted, with no license key, trial period, or usage quota. Every feature it ships — bookings, CRM, quotes, invoices with PDFs, the staff Hub, tickets, the dashboard, and email notifications — is available to every install. ### Is there a limit on staff members? No. You can add as many staff members as you like; there is no seat limit or quota anywhere in the plugin. ### Where can I get support? Free support is provided on a best-effort basis through the plugin’s WordPress.org support forum. The plugin also includes a Help & Support page (in the admin menu) with setup steps, troubleshooting, and a System Info panel to include when you ask for help. ### Does this send real PDF invoices? Yes. Invoices are rendered to PDF with a bundled FPDF library and can be downloaded in the admin, downloaded by the customer from their private invoice link, and attached automatically to the invoice email. If the invoice was created from a completed booking, the PDF can also include the job’s completion photos and customer signature. ### Can I customize the emails? Every notification type can be toggled on/off, given a custom HTML body, previewed, and test-sent. Use “Load built-in template” to pull the current default into the editor and tweak it. You can also set a different “send from” address per notification type (for example quotes@, billing@, info@). ### Can I change how the forms look? Yes. Settings > Form appearance controls the accent color, button colors, form width, corner radius, and base font size for the booking, quote-request, and contact forms. ### How are customers de-duplicated? A customer is matched first by email, then by exact phone. New bookings, quotes, and contact messages attach to the matching record or create a new one. ### Does it call any external service? No. Everything is self-hosted: all data stays in your WordPress database, PDFs are generated locally, and no third-party account or API key is required. The optional spam protection uses ALTCHA, a privacy-friendly proof-of-work check. It is fully self-hosted — challenges are created and verified on your own server and the widget script is bundled with the plugin — so no visitor data leaves your site and there is nothing to configure with an outside provider. ### Are online (card) payments supported? Invoices are marked paid manually (with an optional payment method), and marking one paid can send a “payment received” email.
