Learn more and upgrade at https://www.heelyyo.com ### External Services This plugin relies on the following third-party/external service: **Heelyo Registration Service (for Pro feature)** When a Pro customer enables Apple Wallet passes, the plugin registers with Heelyo’s registration service at https://www.heelyo.com/api/heelyo/register.php to obtain a unique API key for certificate signing. This service is only used for Pro customers and does not apply to the free version. When a Pro customer generates an Apple Wallet pass, the plugin sends ticket data to https://www.heelyo.com/api/heelyo/sign-pass.php for cryptographic signing (this is a Pro-only feature). This data is used only to create the signed pass and is not stored. Data sent includes: event name/date, ticket number, attendee name, site name, and optional logo image. Upload the `heelyo-tickets` directory to your `/wp-content/plugins/` directory. 2. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress. 3. Ensure WooCommerce is installed and activated. 4. Go to Heelyo Tickets in the admin menu to configure settings. 5. Create your first event and set up ticket types. 6. Add the ticket selector shortcode to your event pages. ## FAQ ### Do I need WooCommerce? Yes. Heelyo Tickets is built specifically for WooCommerce and requires WooCommerce to be installed and activated. ### Can I create multiple events? Yes. The free version supports unlimited events with unlimited capacity. Create as many events as you need. ### Can I have multiple ticket types per event? Yes. Create unlimited ticket types per event with different prices and quantities. ### How do attendees get their tickets? Tickets are automatically emailed to customers as PDF attachments when their order is completed. Attendees can also download their tickets from the plugin’s ticket page. ### How does check-in work? Check in attendees manually from the WordPress admin dashboard by searching for their ticket number or name. Mark them as checked in with one click. ### Can I export attendee data? Yes. Export your attendee list as CSV directly from the dashboard for use in spreadsheets or other tools. ### Do you offer QR code tickets or Apple Wallet passes? These advanced features are available with a Pro upgrade. The free version uses unique ticket numbers for identification and manual check-in. ### What happens if an attendee loses their ticket? You can resend tickets from the attendee dashboard. Attendees can also download their ticket anytime from the public ticket page. ### Can I customize the ticket widget appearance? Yes.
