It runs entirely on your own server using standard WordPress and WooCommerce APIs. High-Performance Order Storage, introduced in WooCommerce 8.2, stores orders in dedicated `wc_orders` tables rather than the legacy `wp_posts` table. This plugin reads those HPOS tables directly, so its figures reflect the current order storage whether you run HPOS-only mode or keep both storage methods in sync. **No setup required** Install, activate, and open **WooCommerce > Order Analytics**. The plugin declares HPOS compatibility on activation and detects your storage mode automatically. There is no configuration, no account, and no API keys. **Works with all payment gateways** Revenue figures are read from the order record in the HPOS tables, not from gateway- specific meta, so orders from any gateway (Stripe, PayPal, Square, WooPayments, manual orders, and others) appear in every report. **Features** * Revenue over time (daily, weekly, or monthly chart) * Average order value over time * Top products by revenue * Orders by status (doughnut chart) * New vs. returning customers * KPI summary cards: total revenue, total orders, average order value, new customers * Date-range presets and a custom range picker * Results cached for performance and refreshed automatically when orders change **Requirements** * WordPress 6.0 or later * WooCommerce 8.2 or later * PHP 7.4 or later * HPOS enabled under **WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features** **Premium version** A separate premium version, distributed from [harborplugins.com](https://harborplugins.com), adds cohort retention analysis, customer lifetime value, product profitability, refund rate by product, CSV export, and a weekly email digest. The version hosted here is fully functional on its own; none of these premium features are included in or disabled within this plugin. **Privacy** All report data is queried from your own WordPress database and is never sent to an external server. This plugin uses the Freemius SDK for licensing and updates. On activation you are shown a one-time opt-in screen; if you skip it, no diagnostic data is collected. If you opt in, Freemius collects non-personally-identifiable environment data (site URL, WordPress version, PHP version, plugin version) for update delivery and, where applicable, license validation. No order data, customer data, or personally identifiable information is transmitted. In your WordPress admin, go to **Plugins > Add New**, search for “Harbor Order Analytics for WooCommerce”, and click **Install Now**, then **Activate**. Or upload the plugin zip via **Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin**. 2. Make sure WooCommerce 8.2 or later is active and HPOS is enabled under **WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features**. 3. Navigate to **WooCommerce > Order Analytics** to open the dashboard. ## FAQ ### Does this work with HPOS enabled? Yes. The plugin was built for HPOS. It queries the `wc_orders` table and related HPOS tables directly, so it works whether you run HPOS-only mode or have both storage methods active in sync. ### What WooCommerce version do I need? WooCommerce 8.2 or later. HPOS order tables were introduced in WooCommerce 8.2, and this plugin targets those tables. ### Does my data leave my server? Report data does not. All report queries run against your own WordPress database. The plugin uses the Freemius SDK for licensing and updates; see the Privacy Policy section for what that involves. ### My reports look empty right after activation, is something broken? Revenue and product reports populate immediately from your existing orders. If charts are empty, confirm that HPOS is enabled under **WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features** and that you have completed orders in WooCommerce. ### Can I use this with WooCommerce Subscriptions? Yes. Subscription renewal orders are included in all reports as long as they have` wc-completed` or `wc-processing` status. ### How do I force-refresh the data? Click the **Refresh Data** button on the dashboard.
