Members open it on their phone, see the weekly schedule and book or cancel their spot in seconds. You manage everything from the same app— no extra software, no complicated setup. Perfect if you just need reservations to work, without plans, payments or unnecessary features. ### What your members get * A beautiful mobile web app that works on any phone or computer. Nothing to install. * The weekly schedule with colours, times and free spots at a glance. * One-tap booking and easy cancellation before the class starts. * Their own language in the app (the plugin is translated into multiple languages). ### What you get as the centre * **Activities** — Yoga, Spinning, CrossFit, Pilates… each with its colour. * **Weekly schedule** — classes that repeat every week, with their own capacity and duration. * **Capacity limit and waiting list** — set how many spots each class has. When full, members join the waiting list and get in automatically if someone cancels. * **Members** — invite them by email. They create their password and start booking. Go to Gym Class Pass Manager Start and press “Open the app”. Log in with your WordPress user. 3. In the app, create your activities (Settings Activities) and your weekly schedule( Settings Weekly schedule). 4. Invite your members from Members. Give them the app address so they can save it on their phone. ## FAQ ### Can members book any class? Yes. Anyone with an account at the centre can book any class while there are spots left, and cancel it until it starts. ### The app shows “page not found” Go to Settings Permalinks and press “Save Changes”. If you use a cache plugin, exclude the app address. ### Invitation emails do not arrive Gym Class Pass Manager uses the normal WordPress email. If emails end up in spam or are not sent, install an SMTP plugin with an email account on your domain. ### Is my data deleted if I remove the plugin? No, unless you tick “Also delete activities, schedule and bookings” in Gym Class Pass Manager Start before deleting it. User accounts are never deleted. ### Where do I get Gym Class Pro? Only at [gymclass.estudio-web.es](https://gymclass.estudio-web.es/). It is a separate plugin: buy it there, then upload and activate it from Plugins Add New Upload Plugin. ### What happens if I move to Gym Class Pro? When you activate Gym Class Pro, this free version steps aside and Pro keeps your activities, schedule, members and bookings.
