Upload the `gvw-appointment-scheduler` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/` or upload the zip via Plugins Add New Upload. 2. Activate. Two pages are created automatically: “Book an Appointment” and “Manage Your Booking”. 3. Demo services and two demo staff are added so you can try it immediately. Edit or delete them under Salon Bookings. 4. Go to Salon Bookings Settings to set your business details, currency, booking rules and emails. 5. Add your team under Salon Bookings Staff, set their hours and tick the services they perform. ## FAQ ### Emails aren’t arriving WordPress uses your host’s mail function by default. Install an SMTP plugin and use “Send test email” on the Emails settings tab. ### Reminders aren’t sending Reminders use WP-Cron, which runs when your site gets visits. For exact timing, set up a real server cron that calls wp-cron.php every 5–15 minutes. ### Is data removed when I delete the plugin?
