Configuring Visuals for each page * Go to GreenStory in the WordPress navigation bar. * Add the client ID and place where the widget is supposed to be placed by selecting the desired hook, submit the changes and the plugin should appear. ## FAQ ### Visual is not displaying on a particular page If the impact visual is not displaying, please check and confirm whether the client ID entered is the same as that provided by GreenStory. ### Visual is not displaying for certain products Visual does not display for a product if that product is not mapped correctly in the GreenStory platform. This usually happens if you have added a new product to the store. Please contact GreenStory to get the product mapped. ### Visuals have stopped displaying across all pages This happens if your subscription with GreenStory has expired.
