Install and activate the [Gravity Forms](http://www.gravityforms.com/) plugin 2. Upload the Gravity Forms CnP plugin to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory. 3. Activate the Gravity Forms CnP plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
