You manage every request from a dedicated admin area with status workflow, email notifications, translations, and appearance controls. Install and activate **WooCommerce**. 2. Upload the `fxoapps-order-returns-woocommerce` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`. 3. Activate **FXOapps Order Returns for WooCommerce** through the **Plugins** menu in WordPress. 4. Go to **Order Returns Settings** and configure your return period, return flow, return options, and handover preferences. ## FAQ ### Does this plugin require a license or external account? No. This release works without a license key, subscription, or fxoapps.com account. ### Is there a PRO version? Yes. FXOapps offers a separate commercial PRO plugin with advanced features listed under **Settings PRO features**. PRO is not required for core returns. ### Can guests return products without logging in? Not in the free WordPress.org edition. Guest returns on the public `/retur` page are available in **FXOapps Order Returns PRO**. The free edition supports returns from **My Account Retur** for logged-in customers. ### Does it work with WooCommerce HPOS? Yes.
