I can automatically connect with my text provider and get them plugged in to content right away. You will also not find better customer service with people that truly care you and what you need. But why do I love it? It allows me to tie any of the CF7 opt-in forms on my site to specific groups. My website has a lot going on, and people opt-in for a variety of reasons. Now there’s no losing track of emails, or wondering why someone is in my CRM. With Follow Hook I simply click on the group tied to the opt-in form and know exactly who’s who. It’s solid, uncluttered and the pro version allows sync with ConvertKit with is insane. We don’t need the crap other CRMs load in. We just needed a way to gather data on people and communicate with them via email and text marketing. You have to get the pro copy for automation, but it doesn’t cost much. Cool! Follow Hook does this beautifully. Plus I can setup custom fields and map opt-in data to them, along with auto grouping at opt-in. All in the free version!
