Fixel is an amazing segmentation tool for remarketing. Before Fixel, I used a variety
of methods to try and understand if a user is engaged enough to remarket to, it 
was very sketchy, inconsistent and usually limited to only one platform. With Fixel,
it became easy. They just highlight the right audiences. Removing irrelevant audiences
from campaigns used to take hours, now it takes seconds, just target everyone who
reached ‘Basic’ engagement and the Highly engaged audiences deliver great performance
not so different from add-to-cart users. Highly recommended for marketers who want
to target campaigns based on engagement.
