## Description

FestejarIA Lite adds up to two visual elements to a WordPress site: one image on
the top edge and one image on the left edge.

The Lite edition is complete and usable on its own. It does not require an account,
license key, subscription, external activation, or cloud service.

Main features:

 * Up to two images total: one Top image and one Left image.
 * Start to end movement.
 * Stationary placement.
 * Configurable path start and end positions.
 * Configurable distance from the selected edge.
 * Fixed image width in pixels.
 * Alternative text support.
 * Automatic insertion on the entire site, front page, posts, or selected pages.
 * Manual placement with the `[festejaria]` shortcode.
 * WordPress Media Library integration.
 * Builder-safe front-end asset loading while the plugin is enabled.
 * Automatic tab pausing and reduced-motion handling.
 * Internal searchable Help Center.
 * Portable Import / Export for settings and locally stored Media Library images.
 * Translation-ready with the `festejaria-lite` text domain and WordPress.org language
   packs.

#### Data and privacy

FestejarIA Lite stores its configuration in the standard WordPress option `festejaria_lite_settings`.

The plugin does not create custom database tables, set cookies, use browser local
storage, include telemetry, or send data to the developer’s servers.

An administrator can manually configure an external image URL. When such a URL is
used, the visitor’s browser requests that image directly from the configured domain.
No external resources are configured by default.

The plugin keeps the old `festejaria_settings` option untouched during migration
so an existing installation or another edition is not damaged. The new Lite edition
writes only to `festejaria_lite_settings`.

#### External services

FestejarIA Lite does not require external services and does not make outbound server-
side HTTP requests.

The administration interface includes optional links labelled Upgrade to Pro / FestejarIA
Pro. These links only open the developer website after an administrator clicks them.
They are not required to use Lite, and Lite does not download, install, activate,
license, or contact the Pro edition automatically.

## Installation

 1. Install FestejarIA Lite from WordPress.org or upload the plugin ZIP.
 2. Activate FestejarIA Lite.
 3. Open FestejarIA Lite from the WordPress administration menu.
 4. Add one Top image, one Left image, or both.
 5. Choose Start to end or Stationary movement and set the fixed width.
 6. Save the settings.
 7. Use automatic insertion for the entire site, front page, posts, or selected pages;
or switch to shortcode mode and place `[festejaria]` where needed.

## FAQ

### How many images can I use?

Up to two: one on the Top edge and one on the Left edge.

### Which movement types are included?

Start to end and Stationary.

### Does the shortcode work inside page builders or widgets?

Yes. The lightweight front-end runtime is loaded while the plugin is enabled, so
shortcode output does not depend only on scanning the post content.

### Does the plugin send data to the developer?

No. It includes no telemetry and makes no server-side requests to the developer.

### Can I use an externally hosted image?

Yes. If you enter an external image URL, the visitor’s browser requests that resource
directly from the selected domain. Import / Export preserves that URL as a URL and
never downloads it from the server.

### What happens when upgrading from an older 0.x package?

Version 1.0.1 can import the legacy `festejaria_settings` option into the new Lite-
specific option. Only features supported by Lite are retained. The legacy option
is not deleted automatically.

## Changelog

#### 1.0.16

 * Adds a visible Upgrade to Pro button in the administration header when FestejarIA
   Pro is not active.
 * Adds a dedicated FestejarIA Pro tab with a Lite-versus-Pro capability comparison
   and an external information link.
 * Adds an Upgrade to Pro action on the Plugins screen; when Pro is already active,
the interface shows a non-promotional active status instead.
 * Keeps Lite fully functional on its own and does not download, install, activate,
license, or contact external products or services.

#### 1.0.15

 * Adds an automatic display scope selector: Entire site, Front page only, Posts
   only, or Pages only.
 * When Pages only is selected, shows a multi-select list of published pages and
renders only on the chosen pages.
 * Preserves selected-page targeting in Import / Export by mapping pages through
their portable page paths when possible.

#### 1.0.14

 * Adds the required translator comments for all localized strings that contain
   sprintf-style placeholders.
 * Clears the remaining MissingTranslatorsComment errors reported by WordPress Plugin
   Check.
 * Keeps the WordPress.org review hardening from 1.0.13 unchanged.

#### 1.0.13

 * Hardens the WordPress.org edition for repository review.
 * Removes the generic Plugin URI because no dedicated Lite plugin page is supplied.
 * Keeps the branded admin menu gradient only for the real current/hover/focus state
instead of forcing a permanent selected appearance across wp-admin.
 * Makes Import / Export fully server-side offline: local Media Library images can
be embedded, while external image URLs are preserved without outbound HTTP requests.
 * Prevents Lite front-end rendering and shortcode registration while FestejarIA
Pro is active, avoiding duplicate output and shortcode conflicts while preserving
   Lite settings and backups.
 * Uses WordPress media/file APIs for imported embedded image cleanup and attachment
   creation.

#### 1.0.12

 * Adds a dedicated Import / Export tab.
 * Exports the complete Lite configuration together with the image content used
by the plugin in a portable JSON backup.
 * Imports Lite backups on another WordPress site, recreating Media Library attachments
   and updating image IDs/URLs automatically.
 * Keeps the existing admin rendering and menu identity fixes.

#### 1.0.11

 * Hardens the Configuration screen against global wp-admin layout conflicts that
can place the content below a very long left admin menu.
 * Loads the FestejarIA admin stylesheet late and resets inherited clear/top/transform
rules only on the FestejarIA screen.
 * Normalizes the wp-admin canvas on DOM ready/load/pageshow so the panel is positioned
   correctly before any manual scroll.

#### 1.0.10

 * Restores WordPress core’s native admin content flow so the panel appears at the
   top immediately.
 * Removes custom width/repaint JavaScript that could push the screen below a long
   admin menu.

#### 1.0.9

 * Fixes the large blank area above the Configuration screen by preventing the plugin
wrapper and form from clearing WordPress admin sidebar floats.
 * Removes the 1-pixel programmatic scroll repaint workaround introduced in 1.0.8.
 * Keeps the full-width desktop layout and WordPress admin View Transition opt-out.

#### 1.0.8

 * Disabled WordPress admin cross-document View Transitions before they are enqueued
   on the FestejarIA screen.
 * Added an automatic compositor repaint on first load so the Configuration panel
is visible immediately without manual scrolling.
 * Kept the full-width desktop layout introduced in 1.0.7.

#### 1.0.7

 * Restored the full-width desktop admin canvas so the main Configuration screen
   expands like the Help tab.
 * Reinforced the workspace width with a resize-safe JavaScript fallback for Chromium
   and WordPress 7.1.

#### 1.0.6

 * Prevents the initial blank wp-admin screen seen on WordPress 7.x/Chromium by
disabling core admin View Transitions only on the FestejarIA Lite screen.
 * Adds a deterministic first layout/paint refresh without scrolling or moving the
   viewport.
 * Keeps the full-width header and panels while forcing the plugin workspace into
   normal visible document flow.

#### 1.0.5

 * Rebuilds the admin full-width layout without overriding WordPress core containers.
 * Removes the core `.wrap` class from the plugin workspace to prevent theme/plugin
   layout conflicts.
 * Cancels only the standard desktop wp-admin content inset from the plugin wrapper
   itself.
 * Simplifies the header rendering layers to avoid browser compositing/repaint glitches
   on initial load.

#### 1.0.4

 * Fixes an initial wp-admin paint issue where the plugin screen could appear blank
   until scrolling.
 * Keeps the full-width workspace and square header while avoiding vertical layout
   overrides on WordPress core containers.

#### 1.0.3

 * Moves the administration header flush to the top of the plugin workspace and
sets the header corner radius to zero on all screen sizes.

#### 1.0.2

 * Makes the FestejarIA Lite admin workspace use the full available width on large
screens by removing WordPress left padding and inherited wrapper constraints
   only on the plugin screen.

#### 1.0.1

 * Expanded the administration header, settings panels, image groups, and internal
help center to use 100% of the available wp-admin width on large screens.

#### 1.0.0

 * Establishes FestejarIA Lite as an independent WordPress plugin with its own slug,
classes, constants, option, assets, admin page, and text domain.
 * Uses the final Lite feature set: one Top image, one Left image, Start to end
or Stationary movement, and fixed width.
 * Uses a dedicated lightweight front-end runtime containing only the Lite movement
   and placement features.
 * Adds safe migration from legacy 0.x settings without deleting the legacy option.
 * Uses the standard WordPress.org translation language-pack workflow.
 * Keeps the searchable internal Help Center and full-width administration interface.
 * Improves shortcode reliability in page builders, widgets, and templates.
