## Description

The number one reason your customers get in touch is to ask questions about a product
they bought or plan to buy. You will notice a pattern after having many such conversations–
most of their concerns can be addressed with the same answers.

Once you know these questions and have answers for them, you can add them to our
FAQ app. This will free up your support time because users will find the answers
they need and won’t reach out. That’s why having a simple FAQ section laid out on
your page is important to your bottom line.

Our app allows you to control the position, the size and the layout of the list.
This makes it easy to create unlimited pairs of questions and answers. After your
list is complete you can embed the app in different pages on your site.

#### Better information architecture

Group content based on context, for easier assimilation. For example use separate
tabs for Return Policy, Shipping, and Sizing Guides.
