### 󠀁[Definitely “Brilliant”. Should Be Default WordPress Feature](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/definitely-brilliant-should-be-default-wordpress-feature/)󠁿

Blows my mind how a block such as this is not built into WordPress by default, yet
the same functionality is built into most social network platforms by default. I
mean good luck trying in trying to entice people to the WordPress platform if it
doesn’t even have the same basic functionality as the social network platform they’re
using. Yes, JetPack is trying add features similar to most social networking platforms(
i.e. Like button) but this is one of the key features that is still missing. Until
then, thankfully unique developers such as this one are empathizing with and addressing
the basic end user needs while most other developers seem to be blind to them.

Great to plugin, where any link can be shown with featured, title and summary. It
looks like post block.

Hello I’m on my site (legal documents) – I do not use pictures But I understand
that in order for people to follow links, pictures are desirable Please add the
ability to insert arbitrary pictures thanks
