Pro Plugin erworben am 21.03.2020 (39€) und Widerruf des Kaufs noch am am 22.03.2020 schriftlich mitgeteilt. Nach 14 Tagen immer noch keine Reaktion. Auch über das Supportformular keinerlei Reaktion. Mein Versuch das Geld über PayPal zurück zu holen bzw. einen Fall zu melden endete mit dem freundlichen Warnhinweis von Herrn Hoppe (dem Entwickler): Wie in den Geschäftsbedingungen mit Ihnen vereinbart, werden wir pro eröffneten Fall eine Bearbeitungsgebühr in Höhe von 79,- Euro inkl. der gesetzlichen Umsatzsteuer in Ihrem Land in Rechnung stellen. Sie werden nach dem Öffnen eines Konfliktes keinen Zugriff mehr auf Ihre Kundenkonten haben und keine Produkte mehr verlängern oder herunterladen können; auch nicht, nachdem der Konflikt geschlossen wurde. Na vielen Dank! Da nehme ich doch gerne die 79€ in Kauf nur um mein Recht geltend zu machen?!
