The bot only uses your own knowledge and, if you allow it, live data from your WooCommerce shop such as products and order status. Your team can take over any conversation in the FAMMRO console This plugin connects your website with your FAMMRO account. Connect once, everything else is managed in the FAMMRO console #### What the plugin does * Shows the FAMMRO chat window on your website after you connect * Applies changes from the FAMMRO console immediately, also on pages that are already open * Hides the chat window on pages you choose, for example legal notice or checkout * Lets the bot read WooCommerce products and orders if you switch it on, read only * Waits for the consent of your visitors when a consent tool is used (WP Consent API, Cookiebot, CookieYes, Google Consent Mode) #### What the plugin does not do * It sends nothing before you connect * It does not store conversations or customer data in WordPress * It does not change your theme or your content #### Requirements * A FAMMRO account, see [fammro.com](https://fammro.com) * HTTPS on your website ### External services This plugin connects your website to FAMMRO, an AI customer service platform operated by FAMMRO, Am Golfplatz 45, 4225 Luftenberg, Austria. The service is needed to show the chat window and to answer your customers Data is only sent after an administrator connects the website: * When connecting: the address of your website, the plugin version and a public key created on your website are sent to ormmaf.fammro.com. Your administrator approves the connection in the FAMMRO console on fammro.com * On every page view with the chat window: the browser of your visitor loads the chat window from ormmaf.fammro.com. Where a consent tool is active, this happens only after consent. Messages your visitors write in the chat window are processed by FAMMRO to answer them * When you switch on shop data: a read only WooCommerce key for products and orders is sent to FAMMRO once. Install and activate the plugin 2. Open Settings › FAMMRO 3. Select Connect with FAMMRO and approve the connection in the FAMMRO console 4. The chat window is live. Appearance, texts and knowledge are managed in the FAMMRO console ## FAQ ### Do I need a FAMMRO account? Yes. You can create one on [fammro.com](https://fammro.com) and test FAMMRO for 7 days ### Do changes in the FAMMRO console need a plugin update? No. The plugin only loads the chat window. Appearance, texts, knowledge and availability come from FAMMRO and update live, also on pages that are already open and with page caching active ### Can I hide the chat window on some pages? Yes. Select the pages under Settings › FAMMRO ### Which WooCommerce data can FAMMRO read? Only when you switch on shop data, and only read access to products and orders. FAMMRO uses it to answer questions such as the status of an order. You can switch it off at any time ### Why does connecting need HTTPS? The connection uses a one time code and a key pair. HTTPS protects them on the way between your website and FAMMRO ### What happens when I deactivate or delete the plugin? Deactivating removes the chat window and keeps the connection.
