Businesses can reply to reviews, but nobody can hide the bad ones. That is why shoppers trust them. #### Show reviews * **Fairvero Reviews block** for the block editor, an **Elementor widget**, and the `[fairvero]` shortcode for any other builder. * **Show automatically** on product pages, in the footer or next to the checkout button, without editing a page. * Rating badge and review list on every plan; carousel, card grid and compact strip on paid plans. * Widgets size themselves and load only on pages that show them. #### Collect reviews (WooCommerce) * **Automatic review invitations** a chosen number of days after an order is completed. * **Customer consent** checkbox at checkout (unticked by default; works with the classic and the block checkout). * Skip small orders, gift cards or customers invited recently. * **Product reviews:** the products bought are included, so each product builds its own rating. * **Invite past customers** from the last 30–90 days, within your plan’s monthly limit. * A log on each order and in the plugin shows exactly what happened: scheduled, sent, opened, reviewed or skipped (and why). #### Manage * Overview with your rating, new reviews, invitations used and low ratings that need a reply. * A Fairvero box on the WordPress dashboard. * Reply to reviews in your Fairvero dashboard, so replies are public and the same everywhere. #### Five-minute setup Install, click **Connect to Fairvero**, sign in and click **Allow**. No keys to copy: the plugin gets its own key, stored on your server only, and your site is added to your widgets’ allowed websites. Works on Fairvero’s free plan. ### External services This plugin connects to **Fairvero** (https://fairvero.com), a customer review service, which is needed for everything the plugin does. * **When you connect:** your site address is sent to Fairvero to create a key for this site. * **On Fairvero admin pages and the dashboard box:** the plugin loads your rating, recent reviews, widget list and invitation usage from Fairvero. * **Only if you turn on review invitations:** for each qualifying order, the customer’s email address, first name, order number, and the SKUs of the products bought are sent to Fairvero, which emails the customer one review request after the delay you choose. With “Only invite customers who tick the box” on (the default), this happens only for customers who agreed at checkout. * **Only if product sync is on:** product names, short descriptions, links, images and SKUs are sent to Fairvero. * **On pages that show reviews:** visitors’ browsers load the review widget and its script from fairvero.com. Install and activate the plugin. 2. Go to **Fairvero Get started** and click **Connect to Fairvero**. 3. Sign in to Fairvero (or create a free account), check the business and click ** Allow**. 4. Go to **Fairvero Show reviews** to choose where reviews appear. 5. With WooCommerce: go to **Fairvero Invitations** and turn on review invitations. ## FAQ ### Is it free? Yes. The plugin is free and works on Fairvero’s free plan, which includes a monthly number of review invitations and the rating badge and review list widgets. Paid plans add more invitations, more widget styles and remove the “Powered by Fairvero” mark. ### Do I need WooCommerce? No. Without WooCommerce you can show your Fairvero reviews anywhere on your site. With WooCommerce, the plugin can also ask every customer for a review after their order. ### Can I delete bad reviews? No, and that is what makes your reviews believable. You can reply publicly to every review from your Fairvero dashboard, and report reviews that break Fairvero’s guidelines. ### Is it GDPR-friendly? Invitations can be limited to customers who tick an (unticked by default) consent box at checkout, only the data an invitation needs is sent, and every email has an unsubscribe link. The plugin adds a suggested section to your privacy policy guide. ### Will it slow my site? No. Fairvero is called from background jobs, never while a customer checks out, and the widget script loads asynchronously only on pages that show reviews. ### Where is my key stored? In your WordPress database, on your server. It is never printed in a page or sent to the browser.
