Upload the `exertpro-ai-store-assistant-woocommerce` folder to the `/wp-content/ plugins/` directory, or install via the WordPress Plugins screen directly. 2. Activate the plugin through the **Plugins** screen in WordPress. 3. Go to **AI ChatBot Settings** in your WordPress admin. 4. Choose your AI Provider and enter your API key. 5. Customize the chatbot name, welcome message, colors, and position. 6. By default, 10 messages per minute per IP address. This protects against API abuse. ### Is this plugin GDPR-friendly? Messages are sent to the AI provider you configure.
