## Description

Evosolve Marketing Studio turns what is already on your website into social media
posts. Pick a page, post or WooCommerce product, and the Studio drafts the post
for you: AI writes the caption, headline, button text and hashtags from the page’s
real facts (it never invents prices or claims), and helps you make the picture.
You edit anything, approve it, and publish or schedule it to your Facebook Page
and its linked Instagram account.

**Pictures.** Ask your AI provider for a picture or a background based on the page’s
facts, with an image quality setting. Or use a clean brand design, free stock photos(
Openverse, Pexels, Pixabay) or your own Media Library. AI pictures are illustrations:
they do not show your real product, and you confirm that before posting.

**A full-screen studio.** Templates, layers, carousels, “Ideas” with three ready
designs, one-click caption tools, a brand kit filled in from your own site, phone
previews with safe zones, a readability warning, and settings inside the Studio.

**Your keys, your costs, your data.** Bring your own AI key: OpenAI, Google Gemini,
Anthropic Claude, Amazon Bedrock, Mistral, xAI Grok, Meta, DeepSeek, OpenRouter
or any compatible address (with a reasoning effort setting). A table in Settings
shows what each provider can do, with setup guide links. The Studio shows the estimated
cost before every AI action and lets you set a monthly spend cap. With a key set,
the Studio drafts with AI as soon as you pick a page (switch this off in the More
menu); other AI actions run only when you press their button. Without AI, it drafts
from templates. There is no account with us, no licence key and no tracking.

**Honest by design.** AI-generated images are labelled as the EU AI Act requires:
a machine-readable marker in the file, plus a visible label that cannot be removed
from photorealistic AI pictures.

**Publishing you can trust.** Connect your own free Meta app, so your tokens never
leave your site. Share now or schedule, optionally share new posts automatically
after a short delay, test everything first in a private test mode, and follow it
all on one Activity screen with plain statuses, failure reasons and a CSV export.
Links you share are tagged with UTM parameters for your own analytics.

### Setup (30 to 60 minutes the first time)

The setup guide is under AI Plugin Factory > Marketing Studio > Settings. It shows
one step at a time. Meta changes its screens often: if a button has a different
name, look for the closest match.

Before you start you need: a Facebook account that manages your Page, a site on
HTTPS, and, if you want Instagram, a professional Instagram account linked to the
Page.

 1. Before you start. A checklist and a one-line meaning for each term.
 2. Register as a Meta developer. Open https://developers.facebook.com/ with the Facebook
account that manages your Page and follow the “Get Started” prompts.
 3. Create your app. Create a free app with the Pages use case, “Manage everything
on your Page”. You stay the owner of the app: that is what lets the plugin post
to your Page. Keep it in Development mode.
 4. Add two permissions. Meta switches on only a few permissions by default; in your
use case, click “Add” next to pages_manage_posts and pages_read_engagement.
 5. Add the redirect address. The guide shows the exact address of your site with a
Copy button. In your app, open Facebook Login for Business, Settings, and paste
it under Redirect URI (use “Check URI”, then save). Your site needs an HTTPS address
for this step (local test addresses are the exception).
 6. Enter your App ID and App secret. The App ID must be 10 to 20 digits. When you
save, the plugin asks Meta once whether the two belong together and shows the result.
The secret field stays hidden after saving.
 7. Connect. Connect stays locked until Meta has accepted your App ID and secret. Tick
the Instagram box if you want to post to Instagram. Press “Connect to Facebook”,
approve the access, and pick your Page if you manage several. A linked Instagram
    professional account is detected automatically.

A “Something went wrong?” box under the guide lists the commonest fixes.

### External services

The plugin contacts a service only for a feature you use. Meta is contacted after
you connect your Page. An AI provider is contacted only after you save a key for
it. The stock photo services are contacted when you search the Studio’s Stock tab;
Openverse needs no key. Nothing else is contacted, and nothing is sent to us.

**When the AI providers are contacted.** With an AI key saved, the Studio drafts
a post with AI as soon as you pick a page. This automatic draft is on by default
and you can switch it off in the Studio’s More menu (“Draft posts automatically
with AI”); a one-time note explains it the first time. Every other AI action runs
only when you press its button: the caption tools, rewrites, Ideas, “Suggest a caption”
in the post editor, “Generate image” and “Generate background”, “Send a test” and,
for Amazon Bedrock, “Test this model” and “Load models from your account”.

**What the AI providers receive.**

 * Text requests (the draft, the caption tools, Ideas, rewrites and “Suggest a caption”):
the page title; a short excerpt of the page text, at most 1,500 characters, with
web addresses and email addresses removed; your brand tone words and the words
you never want written; and the site language. The draft also receives the list
of design templates the AI may choose from. A rewrite or caption tool also receives
the current caption or wording and the hashtags already used. “Suggest a caption”
in the post editor also sends the network and the caption template. The plugin
adds no prices, orders, customer data or visitor data; only the page’s own title
   and text are sent.
 * The photo: if you tick “Let the AI look at the photo” in Settings > AI and your
provider can read pictures (OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude), “Suggest
a caption” in the post editor also sends the featured image. Nothing else sends
   a photo.
 * Picture requests (“Generate image” and “Generate background”, OpenAI, Google
Gemini, xAI, Meta Model API, Mistral, OpenRouter and Amazon Bedrock image models
only): the picture prompt shown in the Studio, which you can read and edit before
you press the button. It is built from the page title (at most 200 characters),
one sentence of the excerpt and your brand colours as plain colour words. The
provider returns an image, which is saved to your Media Library and marked as
   AI-generated.
 * “Send a test” sends only the two words “Say OK”.

Used when you choose the Mistral (EU provider) preset and save an API key.

Data sent: the standard text request (see “What the AI providers receive” above).
Mistral can also receive the picture prompt, as described above. Pictures: the picture
prompt (see above) is sent when you press Generate image or Generate background,
and the generated image is downloaded from the address Mistral returns (Mistral’s
files endpoint on api.mistral.ai, or Mistral’s own image storage at mistralaiblackforestprod.
blob.core.windows.net), saved to your Media Library and marked as AI-generated.

Terms: https://mistral.ai/terms

#### Amazon Web Services – Amazon Bedrock (bedrock-runtime.REGION.amazonaws.com and bedrock.REGION.amazonaws.com)

Used when you choose the Amazon Bedrock (AWS) preset and save a Bedrock API key
and a region. The plugin calls the Bedrock Converse API at the region you chose
for text, the InvokeModel API (bedrock-runtime.REGION.amazonaws.com/model/MODEL/
invoke) at the region you chose when you generate a picture with a Bedrock image
model, and the model list endpoints when you press “Load models from your account”.

Data sent: the standard text request (see “What the AI providers receive” above),
your Bedrock API key as a Bearer token, and the model id. Some model ids route a
request to other AWS regions inside the same geography, or worldwide for “global”
profiles; the model list says so. When you generate a picture, the picture prompt(
your description of the picture) is sent to bedrock-runtime in your region, and
the picture comes back. Your own AWS account and its terms govern what Amazon and
the model maker do with the data.

Terms: https://aws.amazon.com/service-terms/

the request to the model you selected.

Data sent: the standard text request (see “What the AI providers receive” above).
When you choose an image model, OpenRouter also receives the picture prompt (see
above) and returns the picture, which is saved to your Media Library and marked
as AI-generated. “Load models from your account” sends your key to openrouter.ai
to read the list of image models.

### Privacy

This plugin does not track you: it sends no usage reports, analytics or advertising
data anywhere, sets no cookies, and collects no data about your visitors.

Everything is stored on your own site: captions, the network, scheduled and published
times, links to the published posts, and the user IDs of who created, shared and
approved each post; the Page name with encrypted access tokens in the site settings.

Published and cancelled posts are kept for 365 days and then deleted automatically;
you can change this period in Settings (0 keeps them forever). Disconnecting removes
the stored tokens. Uninstall deletes the plugin data as described in the FAQ. The
standard WordPress personal-data tools can export and erase a user’s posts through
the plugin’s exporter and eraser.

Marketing Studio also keeps a time-stamped audit log of actions on your own site(
5 years by default, adjustable). It stores content fingerprints (hashes) and user
IDs, not the content itself, and it is never sent to us. When a user asks for their
data to be erased, their entries are pseudonymised and the records are kept for
legal claims.

## Installation

 1. Back up your site and test on staging.
 2. Upload the ZIP through Plugins > Add Plugin > Upload Plugin; activate it.
 3. Find it under AI Plugin Factory > Marketing Studio and follow the setup guide (
plan for 30 to 60 minutes the first time) to connect your Facebook Page with your
    own Meta app.
 4. Open any post and use the Share panel to share now, schedule, or turn on automatic
    sharing.

Works on single sites and multisite networks (network-activated or per site; each
site keeps its own settings and history). Deactivation keeps all jobs and settings;
uninstall deletes the jobs table, options, and generated files (see FAQ).

## FAQ

### Does it use the WordPress AI Client?

Not yet. The AI Client comes with WordPress 7.0, and Marketing Studio supports WordPress
6.6 and later, so you connect your own key for the AI provider you choose. We plan
to offer the AI Client as an option on sites running WordPress 7.0 or later.

### Why do I need my own Meta app?

Meta only lets an app post to a Page, and the app owner decides what it may do.
With your own free app, the access tokens are created for you alone and stored encrypted
on your own site. There is no shared service in the middle and no account with us.
The guide above sets it up once; plan for 30 to 60 minutes the first time.

### Is my data sent anywhere?

Only to the services you connect or use, and only for the feature in question (see
External services for the full list). After you connect, the plugin talks to Meta
to keep the connection and to publish the posts you chose to share. If you save
an AI key, the page title and a short excerpt go to your AI provider: automatically
when you pick a page in the Studio (the automatic draft is on by default and you
can switch it off in the Studio’s More menu), and otherwise only when you press
an AI button. If you search the Stock tab, your search words go to the stock photo
service. The plugin sends no usage reports or analytics anywhere, sets no cookies,
and collects no data about your visitors.

### Does it work without AI?

Yes. Templates, the layout tools, stock photos, your own Media Library, the brand
kit, publishing and scheduling all work with no AI configured, and the Studio drafts
a post from the page’s own text. The AI buttons ask you to add your own key in Settings
> AI first. Nothing is sent to an AI provider until you have saved a key.

### What if the connection stops?

Nothing waiting is lost: jobs stay in the queue until you reconnect. You see a plain-
language notice on the Marketing Studio screen (for example after a password change
or a removed Page role) with a Reconnect button, and the site admin gets one email
if you leave that setting on. Scheduled posts go out through WordPress cron, so
on sites with few visits they may run late; the Activity screen warns you when a
post is overdue and explains how WP-Cron works.

### What does Instagram need?

An Instagram Professional account (Business or Creator) linked to your Facebook
Page, and the Instagram box ticked when you connect. Instagram downloads the image
from your site, so the image address must be public: local test sites, password
protection and maintenance mode get in the way, and the Activity screen tells you
when it sees such a setup.

### Is WooCommerce required?

No. Everything works without it. With WooCommerce active, captions and cards can
use the product price and sale facts.

### Is there an add-on for campaigns and video?

Marketing Studio Pro, a separate add-on for campaigns, a calendar, results, AI video
and Reels, and product scenes from your own photo, is coming soon and is not on
sale yet. Details: https://aipluginfactory.com/marketing-studio/pro/ This free plugin
works fully on its own.

### Can I delete a post that was shared to my Facebook Page?

Yes. Open the post, find it in the Share on social list and choose Delete from Facebook(
you are asked to confirm). The plugin sends the delete request to Facebook with
your Page connection and keeps a note in the history that the post was deleted.
If Facebook refuses, you get a plain message and nothing changes. Instagram posts
cannot be deleted through the Instagram API; delete those in Instagram.

### How are summaries made for pages built with a page builder?

The suggested text uses the excerpt first, then the description saved by a known
SEO plugin, then the main text of the page. Menus, headers and footers are left
out.

### What happens to my data when I uninstall?

Deactivation keeps everything. Deleting the plugin (uninstall) deletes all `aipluginfactory_ms_*`
options including the encrypted tokens and your stored AI keys, drops the jobs table,
deletes your saved Studio designs, deletes the plugin’s generated image files, removes
the plugin capabilities from roles, and clears its scheduled tasks. The audit log
is kept as evidence unless you tick “Delete the audit log when the plugin is uninstalled”
on the Audit screen. Turn on “Keep history when uninstalling” to keep the jobs table,
designs and files; connection tokens are always deleted. No request is sent to Meta
on uninstall; remove the app from your Facebook Business Integrations if you wish.
Images you saved to the Media Library are your own media and are kept when you uninstall;
only the plugin’s working files are deleted. Erasing a user through the standard
WordPress personal-data tools keeps the shared posts but removes the link to that
user.

### Which AI provider should I choose?

Text drafts and caption tools work with any provider below. Pictures need an image-
capable one:

 * OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, Meta Model API and Mistral (EU): text and AI
photos. Google Gemini image generation needs billing switched on for your Google
AI Studio project; text works on Google’s free tier.
 * OpenRouter: text with any model, and AI photos when you choose an image model(
it depends on the model; use “Load models from your account” in Settings > AI
to list the image models). OpenRouter prices differ per model, so enter your
   own price per picture.
 * Anthropic Claude and DeepSeek (data processed in China): text only.
 * Amazon Bedrock (AWS): text in every region, with many model makers (the list
depends on your AWS account and region). AI photos only in regions that have
picture models, for example Stability AI models in us-west-2 (Frankfurt has none).
When you generate a picture with a Bedrock image model, the picture prompt is
sent to bedrock-runtime in your region. Load the models from your own account
in Settings > AI (under AI Plugin Factory > Marketing Studio); a region with
no picture models says so, and you can pick another region for pictures or another
   picture provider.

You can also pick a separate provider for pictures in Settings. Step-by-step setup
guides for every provider, including how to set a spending limit at the provider,
are at https://aipluginfactory.com/marketing-studio/guides/

### Who is responsible for the posts I make with Marketing Studio?

You are. Marketing Studio is a tool. You decide what is made, you review it, and
nothing is published until you approve it. You are the author and publisher of everything
you create, edit, approve or publish, including text and images made with an AI
service you connected. See our terms: https://aipluginfactory.com/terms/

### Is AI-made media labelled?

Yes. EU rules (AI Act, Article 50) require AI-generated images to be marked, and
Marketing Studio does it in three ways: a machine-readable “made with AI” marker(
IPTC DigitalSourceType) is written into the images it exports; a visible label is
added to the caption and a small “AI” badge to the image by default; and the image
is saved to your Media Library with an “AI-generated” line in the attachment details
that you cannot edit. For photorealistic AI pictures the visible label cannot be
removed. For clearly illustrative pictures you may switch it off. A picture of a
product that AI imagined must be confirmed as matching the real product before it
can be published.

### Can I limit how much I spend on AI?

Yes. In Settings you can set a monthly spending cap and a daily limit on AI calls.
The Studio shows the estimated cost before each AI action and pauses AI when the
cap is reached. Spend caps and estimates are best effort. You are responsible for
charges on your own API keys, so also set a hard limit in your AI provider’s account.

### Is there an audit log?

Yes. Every action in Marketing Studio is recorded with a time stamp in an audit
log on your own site: AI generation, edits, label changes, approvals, scheduling,
publishing and settings changes, and the user who took each action. The log stores
fingerprints (hashes) of the content rather than the content itself. It is kept
for 5 years by default (you can change this), it can be exported and verified, and
it is never sent to us.

### Where is the source code of the Studio scripts and styles?

The compressed script and style files in build/studio-v2 are generated from the
readable source in src/studio-v2, which ships with the plugin, using @wordpress/
scripts. To rebuild them, run “npm install” and then “npm run build” in the plugin
folder.
