Have done all troubleshooting steps in those threads. Reached out to support, was told to “read the manual” with no follow up support. If it works, great. But as someone who was a potentially paying customer, don’t bother. Great plugins en excellent support by a very friendly and helpful staff who understand technology. When some additional work was needed to integrate the plugins further, custom work was done quickly with great understanding of all the customer needs.
