Emma Email Signup


Emma Signup is a plugin to add an email signup form for your Emma account in your WordPress site. Note, you must be an existing Emma customer to use this plugin. Haven’t signed up yet?   • Download the plugin folder, extract it, and upload it to the wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  • Log in to the admistration area and click the “plugins” link on the left. Find the plugin labled “Emma Email Signup” and click “Activate”
  • Click on the “Emma Signup” page under the “Settings” admin menu. Enter your Emma Signup ID into the field provided

Option 1

If your theme supports widgets, Go to the “Widgets” page under “Appearance”. Drag the “Emma Email Signup” widget to the column desired.

paste the following code where you want it to appear in your templates:

Use the shorcode by inserting the text [emma_email_signup] into the content of your page


How do I find my Signup ID?

  1. Log in to view your audience at
  2. Click the icon on the left to open your “signup screen”.
  3. Click the link in the middle titled “Your Default Signup Screen”
  4. Look in the URL and copy the number following the word “signupid:”

Where do I find people who have signed up?

  1. Log in to view your audience at
  2. In the “Recent Activity” section near the top of the page, select “view”
