The plugin provides a complete libro reclamaciones solution for managing complaints and inquiries, with a public form, administrative panel, sequential numbering, PDF generation, email notifications, and status tracking. ### Features * Public form using [edroz_libro_reclamaciones] * Complaints and inquiries * Dedicated database table for records * Sequential numbers such as LR-000001 and LR-000002 * Administrative search and filters * Statuses: pending, in progress, answered, and closed * Responses from the administrative panel * PDF generation without external services * Email notifications using wp_mail() * PDF, JPG, and PNG attachment validation * Nonces, capability checks, sanitization, escaping, and prepared database queries * Honeypot and timing checks to reduce automated spam ### Privacy The plugin does not make external service calls or include telemetry. Data submitted through the public form is stored in a dedicated WordPress database table. For basic auditing, IP addresses and user agents are stored as hashes rather than their original values. Attachments are stored with randomized filenames and restricted to PDF, JPG, and PNG files. Administrative access is provided through a controlled WordPress download endpoint. Direct directory protection depends on the web server configuration. ### Important This plugin is a technical tool.
