Print an invoice or packing slip in one click, create documents automatically and attach them to order emails, and let customers download their own documents from their account. Set it up once with your logo and business details, choose a design, and your documents are ready to use. #### Free features * Five documents: Invoice, Receipt, Packing Slip, Delivery Note and Credit Note. * Five designs: Classic, Bold, Minimal, Elegant and Modern, with a live preview as you set things up. * Your branding: logo, company name, address, email, phone, tax/VAT number and your own footer message. * Print from anywhere: print or download documents from the order screen or your orders list, or print multiple orders at once. Documents update automatically when an order changes. * Automatic documents: create any document automatically when an order reaches the status you choose, and attach it to WooCommerce order emails. * Customer downloads: customers can download their invoice, receipt once the order is paid, and credit note if the order is refunded, from their account. Packing slips and delivery notes stay internal. * Invoice numbers your way: use the order number or a sequential number that resets each year. * Packing slips without prices: packing slips and delivery notes list the items and a total item count without prices. * Paper size: A4 or Letter, portrait or landscape. * Private by default: documents are stored securely and downloads are permission- checked. The free version is complete. There is no trial and no time limit. #### Pro features Eazy PDFs Pro is an optional paid upgrade for stores that want more: * Design your own templates with a drag-and-drop builder, with a separate template for each document type. * Add payment terms and due dates to unpaid invoices. * Choose which details appear on each document, such as SKUs, payment method and order date. * Export documents in bulk for a selected date range as one ZIP file. * Set a custom header colour for the Bold design. ### External services This plugin connects to one external service. #### Freemius Eazy PDFs includes the Freemius SDK for optional usage-data sharing and information about the separate Pro plugin. When you activate the plugin, you can choose whether to share basic information about your site to help improve the plugin. If you opt in, Freemius receives your site URL, WordPress version, PHP version, plugin version and admin email address. If you skip, this usage information is not shared. The free version does not use license checks to unlock or restrict its features. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins Add New, search for Eazy PDFs and click Install Now, then Activate. WooCommerce must be installed and active. 2. Go to WooCommerce Eazy PDFs. 3. Add your logo and business details, choose your design, and you’re ready to go. ## FAQ ### Do I need WooCommerce? Yes. Eazy PDFs works with WooCommerce orders, so WooCommerce must be installed and active. ### What’s the difference between Free and Pro? The free version gives you all five documents, all five designs, your branding, printing, customer downloads and automation for every document. Pro adds the drag- and-drop template builder, payment terms, control over which details appear, bulk export and a custom header colour for the Bold design. ### Can customers download their own invoices? Yes. Customers can download their invoice, receipt once the order is paid, and credit note if the order is refunded from the order page in their account. Packing slips and delivery notes are only available internally. ### Why don’t packing slips show prices? Packing slips and delivery notes are intended for packing and delivery, so they list the items and quantities with a total item count instead of prices. ### Does it work with the latest WooCommerce order storage? Yes.
