Unzip the downloaded zip file and upload the plugin folder into the `wp-content/ plugins/` directory. Alternatively, upload from Plugins >> Add New >> Upload Plugin. 2. Activate the plugin from Plugins page. #### Usage After installing and activating the plugin, you go to “Settings” menu from “WooCommerce”: then 1. Click on shipping tab. 2. Did all of the normal trouble shooting for conflicts, etc. Reached out to support which promised a 24-48 hour response. No response. Bought because of the 14 day refund policy, but there is no way to request the refund.
