I tried out a few FAQ plug-ins that needed a data entry page which was then inserted into pages using shortcodes. Maybe they have their merits, but when you’re busy with a load of problems and then suddenly your questions won’t open (which makes a very Zen FAQ which I was tempted to keep), well I just looked again and found this. This works fine and has no complexity. I will certainly use it in our other sites, where we need to keep things simple for authors who don’t have a lot of geek experience, due to living in rural Africa with no internet until very recently. So anyway, this just works and there is little fancy stuff to go wrong or mess up other elements. I can always add that later with CSS or something. Thanks to the Author!

Works as described. Simply add two codes. One at the begining to start and another at the final to end the animation. Unfortunately it does not announces the sign ‘+’ (plus) or ‘-‘ (minus) when using a screen reader.

I installed and activated the plugin and the plugin instructions said an icon would appear in my editing bar. It never happened. I deactivated and reactivated and the only thing that happened is an instructions panel appeared in my sidebar with still no help on getting the icon activated. I have deactivated and deleted the plugin and installed another much easier to use one.
