For each product or product category you can record the commodity, CN/HS code, supplier name, address and email, country of production, and the due diligence statement reference number and verification number or the declaration identifier your supplier gave you. You choose which fields are required. The Products list then shows which records are complete and lets you filter for products that are missing a reference or a supplier. When a customer orders, the record is copied onto the order line as it was at that moment, so later product edits never rewrite history. You can add the references to selected WooCommerce emails, such as the admin New order email or the customer invoice for business buyers, and export order-level records as a CSV file for any date range and order status. Records work with the native WooCommerce product CSV importer and exporter and with bulk edit. The plugin supports High-Performance Order Storage and the block-based checkout. **Important:** this plugin is a record-keeping tool. It does not submit anything to the EU Information System (TRACES), it does not decide whether the regulation applies to you, and it is not legal advice. Check the European Commission’s EUDR guidance or your national competent authority for your obligations. All data stays in your WordPress database; the plugin makes no external requests. #### Features * EUDR tab in the product data box: relevance, commodity, CN/HS code, supplier name, postal address, email and type, country of production, due diligence statement reference number, verification number, declaration identifier, date received and internal notes. * Category defaults: mark a product category as EUDR relevant and give it a default commodity; products in that category inherit both. * Required fields you choose, with a notice on the product screen that names missing or invalid values. * EUDR status column (Complete / Incomplete) and a filter in the Products list: relevant, complete, incomplete, missing reference, missing supplier. * Report page under WooCommerce > EUDR Records with counts of relevant, complete, missing-reference and missing-supplier products. * Snapshot of the record on each order line at checkout (classic and block checkout), shown under the line item on the order screen. * “Add missing EUDR snapshots” order action for orders created before the plugin was active or in the admin. * References in selected WooCommerce emails (New order, Processing order, Completed order, Customer invoice), with a choice of which values to show. * Order-records CSV export for a date range and order statuses, with optional billing columns. * Columns for the native product CSV importer and exporter, and fields in product bulk edit. * Records are kept when the plugin is deleted, unless you choose otherwise in the settings. #### Developers * `duegrove_eudr_get_order_references( $order )` returns the snapshot records of an order’s line items as an array. * `duegrove_eudr_commodities` filters the list of commodities (key => label). * `duegrove_eudr_reference_pattern` filters the plausibility pattern for reference, verification and declaration values. * `duegrove_eudr_order_references` filters the result of `duegrove_eudr_get_order_references()`. * `duegrove_eudr_export_columns` filters the columns of the order-records CSV export. * `duegrove_eudr_export_row` filters each row of the order-records CSV export. * `duegrove_eudr_email_rows` filters the rows of the EUDR references block in emails. * `duegrove_eudr_effective_record` filters the record used for a product or variation. * `duegrove_eudr_snapshot_data` filters the snapshot before it is stored on an order line. #### Privacy * The plugin makes no external requests and does not connect to TRACES or any other service. * All records are stored in your WordPress database as product, category and order item data. * The order-records CSV export can contain customer billing data (company, name, address and email). You can switch these columns off in the settings. Install and activate WooCommerce first. 2. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New Plugin, search for “Duegrove EUDR Reference Records” and install it, or upload the plugin folder to `/wp-content/ plugins/`. 3. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen. 4. Go to WooCommerce > EUDR Records > Settings and choose the required fields, whether records are copied onto orders at checkout and which emails show the references. 5. Mark whole categories as EUDR relevant under Products > Categories, or set relevance per product in the EUDR tab of the product data box, and enter the records your suppliers gave you. 6. Use the EUDR column and filter in the Products list, and the report under WooCommerce > EUDR Records, to find records that still need attention. ## FAQ ### Does this plugin submit due diligence statements to TRACES? No. It stores the reference numbers, verification numbers and declaration identifiers you receive from suppliers or create yourself in the EU Information System. It never connects to TRACES or any other service. ### Will this plugin make my shop EUDR compliant? No plugin can promise that. Duegrove keeps your records organised and linked to products and orders. Whether and how the regulation applies to you depends on your role in the supply chain and your products; check the European Commission’s guidance or your national competent authority. ### Which products does it cover? You decide. You can mark individual products or whole categories as relevant and pick one of the seven commodities named in the regulation: cattle, cocoa, coffee, palm oil, rubber, soy and wood. Developers can adjust the list with the `duegrove_eudr_commodities` filter if the scope changes. ### Does it check that a reference number is genuine? No. It only checks that required fields are filled in and look plausible (letters, digits and a few separators, 4 to 64 characters). It cannot confirm that a number exists or is valid. ### What happens to my records if I delete the plugin? By default, product, category and order records are kept when you delete the plugin, because records often have to be kept for several years. Tick “Delete all data on uninstall” in the settings if you really want them removed. ### Does it work with HPOS and the block checkout? Yes. Orders are read and written only through WooCommerce order APIs, and snapshots are taken on the line-item creation hook used by both the classic and the block checkout. ### What are the key dates? According to the European Commission’s summary of Regulation (EU) 2025/2650, the first application dates are 30 December 2026 for large and medium operators and 30 June 2027 for most micro and small operators. Dates and scope can change, so check the official guidance for the dates that apply to you. ### Where do I get help?
