I use this plugin along with Dreamspeed on every single site I host with DH. Works
exactly as expected, extremely easy setup and intuitive admin area. The only thing
I would like to recommend is being able to upload other static files other than 
just images, but there may be a reason for that.

I use this plugin with my managed wordpress hosting on DreamHost and it works like
a charm. Instantly backs up all my media files to DreamObjects and also a great 
CDN if you ever need it.
