## Description

DominoForm is a minimalistic and lightweight form builder plugin. It allows you 
to quickly add a basic contact form to your WordPress website using a simple shortcode.

With DominoForm, you don’t need to configure complex settings. Just use the shortcode`[
dominoform_contact]` on any page or post, and your users will be able to send you
messages directly from your website.

## Installation

 1. Upload the plugin folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, or install the
    plugin directly through the WordPress plugins screen.
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
 3. Use the shortcode `[dominoform_contact]` on any post, page, or text widget to display
    the form.

### How do I use the contact form?

Simply place the shortcode `[dominoform_contact]` into the content area of any post
or page where you want the form to appear.
